Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. You can hike towards Mols mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra can sleep in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.
