Bathing currently takes place in the house, where there is also easy access to the basement and a nice large bathroom. The house contains a bedroom, a large living room with the possibility of a workplace, a TV, a smaller bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential area 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within 1.5 km are IBC, IBA, UC-syd, VUC/HF, SDU and the School of Design. Bus stop is 200 m from the home. If you have an electric car with a "type 2" plug, you can charge your car for a fee.

Room of about 12 m2 in quiet area 1 km from Kolding city center, 1.5 km from the train station and 4 km from the beach. The room is located in an extension to the house with its own entrance. There are two single beds, a table with two bar stools, a bookcase, an armchair and a small cabinet. Shared shower and toilet in the same building as the room, but you have to go outside to get there. Access to enclosed courtyard. Not suitable for people with fur allergies as I have a cat and dog. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside. Guests not allowed.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and refrigerator. On the property's 6 hectares, horses occasionally walk, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest wineries. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia. Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German shepherd (Boris) who loves to have visitors.

2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, new kitchen and bath. There is easy access via code lock, so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

We welcome our guests inside our spacious guest house, which is located near the beach and the city of Kolding. The house is divided into 2 floors where the 1st floor consists of a large living room and a hallway that leads to a spacious kitchen. In addition, the sofa can be folded out and used as a sofa bed with room for 2 people. There's also a large bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor consists of an open space with 4 beds and a toilet. Parking is just outside the house and is completely free.

"Søndergaard" is a disused farm with a living room from 1876, which is inhabited by the host family. The guest house was built in 2005 A large garden surrounds the farm, which is close to Åkær river valley - a nature reserve with fields, meadows and forests. From the farm there is access to nature trails.
