Beautiful SMALL apartment of 45 m2 is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes' walk from Koldinghus and the city center. 7 km to Trapholt and about 45 minutes to Flensburg. The apartment has a SMALL bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm), toilet/bathroom, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven and front yard. Most suitable for 2 people, (4 beds) if there are children with you, look at the pictures if it is something you can see yourself in, as it is decorated according to size and does not have blackout curtains in the living room by the sofa bed.

Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.

The apartment has 5 sleeping places as well as a cot. The apartment is located 700 meters from Kolding city center and has a garden down to Kolding Å. Parking is available on a public quiet road. Summer house by Lillebælt a beautiful little gem

Relax in this charming and cozy cottage overlooking the Little Belt, 50 meters from the beach. Beautiful natural area where you can enjoy the silence. Is perfect for paddleboarding/kayaking and other water sports. There is a bathing bridge on the beach, where you can often enjoy the sight of porpoises. Good hiking/biking opportunities in a scenic area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you wake up to the sounds of birds and see the stars at night. The apartment is part of a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house and has plenty of soul. We are happy to share our large garden with you, if you have not already escaped to the forest and water on the beautiful peninsula.
