Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft on the second floor with a roof terrace. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for.
