The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.
