The cottage accommodates 6 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails, slopes and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Architect designed unique and spacious log house (133m2) in Ylläs ski resort. Peaceful and quiet location yet only 2 km to slopes and 2,7 km to Ylläsjärvi village. Cross country ski trails, MTB and hiking trails right on your doorstep. Very well equipped with elegant and comfortable design. 2 regular bedrooms, third bedroom is semiprivate lounge upstairs. Villa Äkäsjoensuu

An atmospheric log cabin by the River Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cabin accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs there's a hallway, a kitchen-living room with a great fireplace, a sauna, a bathroom, a toilet, and a bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each overlooking nature.

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.

Little Red House

Small cozy house in Kolari, Lapland. No other apartments in the vicinity. There is no any street lights so you can see the Northern lights very well. 2 adults and 1 to 3 young children are easily accommodated in the house. The house has a living room-kitchen, bedroom, dressing room, toilet, washroom and sauna. The bedcovers and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is required!

Villa Mist, free wifi, no light pollution

Stylish villa with house equipment. A out 40 min away from Ylläs. The site is located on the bank of one of Europe's best salmon rivers. On the other side of the river is Sweden. On a clear winter evening, you can see the northern lights while sitting on the couch. Or what it would sound like to sit in a hot tub in complete silence. (hot tub is not possible below zero celcius)
