The villa was just as described. Great location, walkable to the beach and close to bars and restaurants yet still private. We were able to check in early and were met by Maria’s family and all the amenities were explained well. Maria checked in with us regularly and came to clean during our stay. We even locked ourselves out and Maria was very helpful in getting us back in. Check out was also very smooth and easy. Overall a great stay and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

From the very start Georgia was an excellent host; making sure we were greeted on arrival and providing us with extensive advice on activities and food for the local Heraklion area. The place itself was so charming and has obviously had lots of thought and time gone into it. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely stone cottage, up a steep narrow road with easy parking. We explored the area by car traveling to both coasts and the plains of Lasithi. The cottage is cosy and well equipped with the bonus of organic veg, bread and oils and eggs honey and jam.

Huge thanks to my hosts Nikoleta and Alexis! I loved staying at their gorgeous "landscape" apartment -- the photos don't do it justice! It's super peaceful and serene, with lovely views and landscaping and Alexis' art, plus some adorable visiting cats and a wonderful shady secluded area to sit outside. I arrived rather late (c 8 pm) but Nikoleta had been very proactively communicative and ensured I had perfect directions to the place. She was waiting there when I arrived and not only welcomed me warmly but also went far above and beyond, even offering me a bite to eat which Alexis kindly and deliciously prepared. They thought of everything and left so much food and so many supplies for me, even full breakfast supplies, very effective mosquito repellant and all toiletries/linens/etc. I fell in love with the place and the vibe, and especially appreciated being able to walk in less than five minutes down to the Knossos site when it opened at 8. Ten stars, I hope to stay again for longer!

We had a fantastic family stay at this place. It’s so close to a really nice beach, a bunch of good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy - basically anything which you would need during your stay. And you can access all of these places without a car! House is very clean, perfectly equipped, cozy and well designed. WiFi is very stable, so you can use it for work if you need to. Maria was always responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful views of the sea and the bay. It offers a lot of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cabinets and shelves, etc.). The equipment corresponds to the description and offers, even in the kitchen, everything you can need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was not a problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without restriction. Small limitation: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the area). Without your own car, it will be a little difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space right by the house.

This place completely exceeded our expectations! It’s absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking, priceless view that made our stay unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

An absolutely perfect stay! The villa was beautiful, very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, two coffee machines, tea maker, microwave, oven, stove, large fridge, freezer with ice cubes and complete kitchen equipment – absolutely nothing was missing. The pool was sparkling clean🏊, the barbecue station perfectly equipped🔥. Especially the fantastic view of the sea 🌊 was a real highlight and ensured relaxing moments. Also air conditioning in every room❄️, modern TV 📺 and stable, fast Internet – everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable, didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the time😌. The host prepared everything with a lot of love for detail – from the amenities to the cleanliness. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation – 10 out of 10! 🌟

A well designed and furnished apartment perfect for a few nights in Heraklion.

Because of unforeseen circumstances, we only had one day in Crete. This was the perfect place to stay. It was centrally located. It was beautiful and comfortable.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, pristine clean, and very well furnished. Responsive and friendly host too. If I visit Crete again, I'm going to try and stay here.

Manos & Eve’s place looked just like their pictures if not better. Manos met me at the Airbnb to let me in and show me around my place. Plus he helped carried my luggage up to my unit. They even stocked my refrigerator with food and drink along with creating me a welcome sign. They were GREAT host. They were very responsive when I reached out and provided me recommendations from hair salons to rental car places. The beach is about a block away, very walkable. There restaurants and markets near by that you can also walk to. I really enjoyed my stay there. I wished I could have stayed longer. I hope to come back.

A lovely stay in this gorgeous flat in the centre of Heraklion. Super close to everything in the City Centre, including the Archaeological Museum and the bus to Knossos Palace. The flat itself was charming and spotless, with a lovely little outdoor patio area. And the hosts were so helpful, really went above and beyond to help us out and make sure there were plenty of recommendations for our stay. If we come back to Heraklion, we'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

This was my second long-term stay (45 days) with Xristina and I am once more than satisfied with the accommodation which is modern, well-equipped and impeccably clean. Xristina is adorable: attentive, a sympathy that confirms Cretan hospitality, always available and very helpful. I even think we became friends. So I recommend the apartments of Christi Apartments without hesitating! You will have a wonderful stay.

We had an exceptional stay at Tasos's. The apartment is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos, with breathtaking sea views. The private jacuzzi is a real plus, offering incomparable moments of relaxation. The apartment is perfectly equipped, everything is thought of for your comfort. In addition, you are within 10 minutes' walk of Agia Beach and the best restaurants in the area, ideal for enjoying the area. Tasos is a very attentive and responsive host, who does everything to make your stay absolutely perfect. You can book without so much so so, you won't be disappointed. P.S. Don't forget to feed the little cat in the residence, it's absolutely adorable. 😉

Stayed 2 nights in Heraklion at this property. It is as described and in the photos. Perfectly located for a very short walk to nearby bars and restaurants. Great local food recommendations. No noise in the evenings even though close to the busy district.

Sofia and her dad Giorgos were great hosts, from meeting, explaining and taking the time to make great recommendations to checking in often, very much appreciated! We loved Iraklio (and Heraklion) and the flat had what the 4 of us needed to enjoy our stay. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved eating outside and drinking beverages. The recommendation for the Peskesi farm to table restaurant was spot on! The restaurant/cafes options in walking distance of the flat are plentiful and every place we tried was good. We walked everywhere, and took a city bus to the wonderful beach by the airport and the ferry excursion to Santorini one day. The archaeological museum is a stand out, and the history museum and Venetian Fortress were also great sites. Ended up skipping Knossos as the artifacts found were in the archaeological museum, so no opinion on that. We shall return to Crete some time and when staying in the area would gladly book with Sofia!

Kostis’ apartment is cozy, clean and extremely well located. The terrace is spectacular, offering great views of the ocean and an amazing sunset. We truly appreciated Kostis’ hospitality, always one step ahead of our needs with timely communication and great local recommendations.

We would come back anytime. We liked everything. It was also very nice to live in an area outside the tourist crowds and still centrally located. Super friendly hosts and everything was great😊
