Vacation rentals with beach access in Kokkini Hani

It was a delight to meet Maria. She has taken a lot of pride in presenting an AirBNB that is spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with a modern bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed and a balcony that gets the morning sun. Her place is set in a delightful garden which is cared for with pride with a large pool. It’s only a short walk to a sandy beach where you can hire sun lounges and brollies. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance serving traditional Greek food and a classy Italian restaurant across the street. Off street parking is a bonus. I highly recommend Maria’s place.

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

Es war so schön dort! Die perfekte Kombination aus Strand, Meer und Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Strand direkt vor der Nase, aber gleichzeitig kann man ein paar Minuten zu Fuß laufen und durch die vielen Touri Shops bummeln. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Auch Restaurants, Cafes und Strandbars sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist sauber und man kann schön ins Wasser gehen. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ich habe gesehen dass es auch eine super Busanbindung gibt. Zudem war Georgios super nett. Ohne Nachfragen hat er uns so viele Tipps für die Umgebung geschickt, die echt hilfreich waren. Sonntags gab es leider wegen starkem Wind Sahara Staub der mit einer Regenschauer runterkam und die tolle Terasse war komplett braun und nicht mehr nutzbar. Wir haben Georgios angeschrieben und er war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da um die Terasse wieder sauber zu machen. Einfach ein riesiges Dankeschön für alles, es war ein toller Urlaub:)

Eine wunderschöne, kleine Oase in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend. Das Bett bzw die Matratze war für uns einfach Klasse, sogar besser wie zu Hause. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich begrüßt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Da unsere Ankunft morgens gegen 9 Uhr war, hatten wir natürlich Hunger und daher mußten wir noch zum Frühstück einkaufen, doch im Kühlschrank fanden wir dann alles was wir zum ersten Frühstück benötigen ,einfach super der Service. Nach 3 Tagen bekamen wir dann neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche, was von unserern Erfahrungen her nicht selbst verständlich ist. Und bei Fragen jeglicher Art bekamen wir sehr schnell eine Antwort, die uns weitergeholfen hat. Im Umfeld der Wohnung befinden sich Restaurants,Geschäfte und zum Meer sind es nur 250 m. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Weiter so!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place is beautifully designed, very private, and felt like everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. We felt incredibly comfortable and truly at home from the first moment. Stella is an exceptional host – always super friendly, quick to respond, and she helped us with so many different things during our stay. Her support made a real difference and was far beyond what we expected. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Io e mio padre abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento KONSTANTIA…un appartamento pulitissimo con vista mare a 2 passi dalla spiaggia…ottima posizione con bar,ristoranti,pub e supermarket a 2 passi dall’appartamento e servizi per le varie escursioni/noleggi. Giorgos sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa…ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.Sotto casa c’è il NOI NOI CAFE con personale super gentile e disponibile…ci hanno fatto sentire come in famiglia,hanno reso questa vacanza perfetta…servizio impeccabile in ogni cosa(bere,mangiare,servizio ombrelloni e lettini e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa),personale sempre sorridente e gentilissimo!! Spiaggia bellissima,poco affollata e fatta di sola sabbia per non parlare dell’acqua del mare…STUPENDA! È stata una vacanza perfetta in tutto e per tutto e la consigliamo a tutti. Se potessi lasciare piu di 5 stelle lo farei! Un posto che è entarto nel nostro cuore!!

Wir waren eine Woche in Stellas Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und fußläufig sind auch einige Restaurants vorhanden. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge hatte die Wohnung auch eine gute Lage. Die Wohnung liegt zwar in der Einflugsschneise des Flughafens, das haben wir aber gar nicht so sehr als störend empfunden.

Manos's apartment is great and his mother, Maria is a treasure. She welcomed us on our first morning, gave us advice on where local shops - including the excellent bakery - are and just made us feel special. The gardens are beautiful and you can see how she loves the plants. And the pool area is delightful after a hot day touring the ruins at Knossos: we just relaxed there listening to the sparrows in the nearby hedge, watching flights going overhead and amazed at the swifts "pool-dipping" when we got out. A lovely cosy apartment (and the shadiest in the block) very handy for the Heraklion area.

nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le logement de Maria. La terrasse couverte est la plus belle pièce de la maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La plage est à moins de 5 min à pied, par contre attention, pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher, la pente est plutôt raide à remonter. Maria est très réactive et répond très vite aux messages. agia pelagia reste une petite station balnéaire très bien situé pour visiter le Nord de l'île. Belle découverte

Magnifique ! Foncez ! Le logement: Wahou ! Propre, cosy, confort. Une magnifique terrasse avec un jacuzzi privé dont nous avons beaucoup profité et une vue sur le petit port à couper le souffle. Une cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut (frigidaire, vaisselle, couverts, etc ...). 2 belles salles de bains avec tout ce qu'il faut (serviettes, produits, etc ...). Chambres confortables. Un salon avec Netflix, pour ceux qui le soir ont envie de se poser un peu. L'accueil: Wahou ! Harry nous attendait avec le sourire, malgré notre retard (avion, location de voiture, les aléas des voyages🤣). Sur place un tas de choses pour bien commencer nos vacances : fruits, charcuterie, pain, eaux, coca et de quoi déjeuner (confitures, miel ,café ..) Le gros+: Merci à Harry pour ses bons conseils (lieux à visiter, restaurants, tavernes, plages ...) et sa constante disponibilité et rapidité à répondre pendant notre séjour. L'endroit: Très joli port, un peu bruyant et animé le soir. Bon départ pour sillonner.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und als erstes muss ich die gastfreundliche Art von Manos hervorheben. Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einem ruhigen Ort absolut richtig zum entspannen und erholen. Wir selber waren mit einem Mietauto unterwegs um etwas von der Insel zu sehen viele tolle Orte sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft so wie Lage sind absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Manos wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Two friends and I just returned from a 5-day stay at Pantelis’s place, and we had an amazing time. The apartment’s location was perfect—right in the heart of town, with plenty of bars and restaurants at your doorstep, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. One of the highlights was the newly added rooftop area with a jacuzzi pool, which truly elevated our holiday. It’s been finished to the highest standards, with thoughtful touches throughout—comfortable seating, shaded areas, music, and a great overall atmosphere. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far the best. The apartment itself was very well-equipped, with air conditioning in every room, and luxurious extras like robes, slippers, high-quality towels, and bedding. They even stocked the place with essentials, which was a lovely surprise. Huge thanks to Pantelis and Despina for being such great hosts—we’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Very comfortable two bedrooms. Fantastic location right on the shore with their own access to the water. A lot of good restaurants with in a walking distance.

Maison récente et bien équipée. Transport de l'aéroport à la villa et sur le retour géré par Manolis. Voiture de location qui nous a été directement mise à disposition à la villa.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli et l’hôte est très réactif et pense au bien être des locataires avec une villa extrêmement agréable et équipée de tout le confort possible Eleni et manouella se rendent disponible pour tout besoin et propose des activités aux alentours. Je recommande à 100%

The owners of this place were amazing! They were so nice! The apartment is very clean and organized. The view is absolutely stunning from this place! Recommending everyone to stay here! Would stay here again if we ever visited!

the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

Tasos est un hôte extrêmement accueillant. À notre arrivée tardive, nous avons trouvé un frigo et un congélateur généreusement garni. Des fruits, des confitures, des biscottes et des boissons fraîches et chaudes nous attendaient. Et Tasos a été absolument adorable pour nous faciliter le séjour. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Son appartement est très agréable , le jacuzzi et la vue magnifique en font une perle rare. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, encore plus appréciée grâce aux nombreux détails auxquels Tasos a pensé.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.

Alexis è stato un host spettacolare! Sempre pronto a rispondere in maniera veloce e chiara. La casa è situata in zona centrale ed è ben connessa ai servizi principali della città. l'appartamento, sebbene non particolarmente ampio, è risultato ben curato ed arredato. è inoltre possibile godere di un ampia terrazza dove mangiare e godersi un buon aperitivo su vista panoramica.

*Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Meerblick auf Kreta* Mein Aufenthalt in einem Airbnb auf Kreta war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft bot einen spektakulären Meerblick, der jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machte. Die Wohnung war modern und äußerst sauber, was sofort für Wohlbefinden sorgte. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers. Auf meine Anfrage hin wurden die Handtücher prompt erneuert, und als ein unerwarteter Sandsturm aufkam, kümmerte er sich sofort um die Reinigung der Unterkunft. Die Lage war ideal, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe. Die Strände waren atemberaubend, und ich genoss es, im kristallklaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Go-Anbieter vor Ort waren äußerst hilfreich und gaben mir wertvolle Tipps, die meinen Aufenthalt bereicherten. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, da sie fließend Englisch sprachen. Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den ich jedem empfehlen kann.

L’hôte a été arrangeante sur l’heure d’arrivée, elle a fait tout son possible pour qu’on ait le logement au plus tôt. Le logement a un balcon très agréable sans vis à vis. La décoration est très belle avec beaucoup de détails. En ce qui concerne la localisation, l’appartement se trouve au centre de Héraklion et est proche des transports et de la côte.
