The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

The house consists of large, bright spaces with 2 bedrooms with balconies and windows with sieves. Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with a large closet to match. One spacious sitting room with a dining room along with the kitchen which is fully equipped. The house has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Nautical Museum. There is also a large bathroom with all the comforts, with washing machine and dryer. And finally , the house is equipped with Netflix.
