Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Køge Municipality

We were welcomed very warmly in the lovely house of Karsten. The house has a lot of space, is light and feels luxurious. It has good beds, a well supplied kitchen and overall good facillities. Located in the rustic and lovely countryside, it is only a half hour from the center of Copenhague and an hour drive from Malmo. The garden is filled with fruit trees and plants. We ate blueberries, blackberries and some early apples. Communication from Karsten was friendly and proactive. We absolutely recommend the place and will return if we’ll have the chance.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maiken. Tolles Haus, ruhige Lage inmitten einer Wohnsiedlung. Riesiger Garten, in dem man seine freie Zeit richtig gut geniessen kann. Wenn es abends kühl wird kann man es sich richtig gemütlich im Wintergarten machen. Alles war sehr sauber und passte exakt auf die Beschreibung. Eiinkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar und Kopenhagen ist gut in 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-), absolut zu empfehlen !

We had a great stay. Liked that it was very easy to check in and check out. It was also nicely out of the way from Copenhagen, but easy to access everything we wanted to do in the area.

Martin has a lovely home. It is spacious and looks very nice. He asked if the cats could stay, otherwise he would have found a pension for them. Our children loved playing with the cats. The environment is nice, you can visit the village, canoe, but also visit many other things (Kopenhagen, mons klint, etc). Martin was very fast and polite in communicating.

Thanks Trine for letting us stay at your house. It was simply great. The house and the garden are perfect for a family. There is a lot of space inside and outside and it is very well equipped with everything you and the kids need. The area is nice and cosy and just a 5min walk to the beach. I can highly recommend staying at the house of Trine.

We verbleven een week met onze twee kinderen in het huis van Louise. Het is een prachtig en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien met zowel een authentieke als moderne uitstraling. Tevens een grote tuin met een trampoline, zwembad en diverse zithoeken. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Kopenhagen, Mons Klint, de Forrest Tower en Stevn Klint. Louise is een fijne en betrokken host, waar we een goede communicatie mee hadden. Kortom we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Louise.

Absolutely would recommend staying with Søren. The airbnb was amazing and the place had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Have to give special thanks to Søren cause he ensured our whole stay was comfortable and smooth. Extremely helpful and kind. This probably was one of the best interactions we had with a host. He also helped us with figuring out the local transportation as well as picked us up from the station as it was late. Really appreciate when hosts are so kind and go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Birgittes lejlighed var lige, hvad vi - mor samt voksen datter - havde brug for til en enkelt overnatning. Birgitte var meget imødekommende og lynhurtig til at svare. Birgitte tog imod os i lejligheden, viste rundt og inviterede os til at bruge af både det ene og det andet under vores ophold. Vi sov begge rigtig godt og var klar til vores gøremål dagen efter, friske og udhvilede.

I had a great experience here! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful spot to get away from it all, this is the perfect place. It's calm, relaxing, and just what you need to unwind. There's also a small shopping centre just a 5-minute walk away, which is super convenient. I would absolutely recommend this place—100% worth it!

This is a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful part of Copenhagen! It is walkable to the shoreline, bikable to Køge, and drivable or a train away from Copenhagen! The space is roomy with lots of places to sleep! Would be perfect for a family getaway!

really nice place and newly renovated. We had three of our workers living there for a short week. Fantastic place :-)

Tæt på strand centrum i Solrød Strand. meget rolig og nemt at chekke ind. Meget rent over det hele, kan anbefale stedet. Var der i 2 nætter og gik fint. Vært meget interesseret og proaktiv. Flot badeværlse. stort entre til at hænge tøj. Og stille bagage. Valgte at parkere udenfor husområde og bakke bagud mod stranden for at være køreklar - for at komme nemt ud. God internet, dog kan tv fixes eller læres at bruges. *****

We had a most wonderful time in Køge and thanks to the host’s tip even got to see Queen Margrethe II. in the harbour. The flat was spacious and bright and perfectly located for us: We took day trips on the train to Copenhagen, went down to the beach, grocery shopping nearby. Henrik was a great host.

Hyggelig , profesjonell vert. Var noen småting ved innsjekk som vi gav beskjed om, men verten tilbydde seg å rydde opp i det raskt. Fredelig sted med matbutikk rett i nærheten. Anbefales

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! Nous n'avons pas rencontré Rezkar mais le contact par message a été très sympathique et facile. Le logement est parfait pour une famille de 4. Il est confortable et agréable. Les enfants ont apprécié la chambre, l'accès aux jouets et la plaine de jeux dans le jardin partagé. La gare est rapidement et facilement accessible à pieds. Il y a des trains très régulièrement et en 15 minutes, on est dans le centre ville (gratuit si vous prenez la Copenhagen card). Il y a également des commerces juste à côté. Tout était parfait!

Sarah was very friendly and quick to respond. We needed to do things locally in Greve so location was great for us. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the airy feel of the flat. We had all we needed in terms of kitchen/washing machine etc. The grocery store is close and we had plenty of parking space. The station is close too. The only thing that we would recommend an improvement to is the bedding which was abit worn out and not warm enough for December. It was perfectly clean though. Also a hairdryer would gave been a nice touch have but it wasn’t a big deal and everything was otherwise great.

Lovely place great location right in the centre.

Meget fin lejlighed. Har måske alt, hvad man har brug for inkl. for at lave mad, samt en række af te muligheder. Man kan høre, når der er nogen der taler højt på gågaden, men det generede i hvert fald ikke os. Der er varme, der fungerer i lejligheden, men det er alligevel lidt køligt. Sengen er komfortabel. Beliggenheden er rigtig godt (midt i gågaden, dvs. tæt på butikkerne og 2 supermarkeder samt 5 min fra slagter og fiskehandler).

Meget nemt et flytte ind, nøglen lå i en nøgleboks. Lejligheden er på første sal og den er meget hyggelig, ren og godt indrettet. Der er meget stille og fredeligt og jeg sov rigtig godt i den gode seng. Der var god morgenmad i det fine tekøkken. Jeg så kun Tina en gang, men jeg manglede ikke noget og jeg kan varmt anbefale denne bolig.

Great place for a stay in Copenhagen. The apartment is quite big and fully equipped. The kitchen has anything you might need. The location is very nice as you’re well connected, and there is a mall at walking distance (~5min). Parking is a bit tricky in Copenhagen, but we managed to park at the nearby train station (~15min).
