The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Easy and smooth rental. Great location walkable to downtown. You have to pay the bed tax and city tax upon arrival and credit cards are not accepted for this. It wasn't a problem, but I thought it might be helpful for others to know. Martha was upfront about this after making the reservation. She is a great communicator.

The kitchen features wooden cabinets and a spacious layout, including a central island with two stools. Equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, and stovetop, the area is well-lit by overhead and natural light from the window.

We rented Robert's place for a short notice trip to Kodiak and couldn't have been happier we did! It is very conveniently located in town, easy to find and quiet. It was perfect for our needs. Loved that both the living room and bedroom had smart TVs. We happened to be in Kodiak for a track meet on a very stormy weekend so having laundry facilities to dry clothes was very handy. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends.

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The kitchen was well stocked, back deck was wonderful to enjoy in the morning & evening, bathrooms/bedrooms were spotless. Cute little place to land after some adventures in Kodiak. I was there for only a day for a job interview and a little sightseeing. It had all the things one would need, warmed up pretty quickly with the heater, and was cozy when it warmed up. With that being said, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The experience was simply top notch. During the planned stay, everything was exactly as you would want. Great location, super interior. When a plane cancelation happened, being able to work to get back for the night was available and worked seamlessly. Would look forward to being back next time in Kodiak.

We were in town for work and Manuk’s property was a much more comfortable option than the local hotels and having a kitchen was a huge plus. The place was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is the epitome of an OUTSTANDING Airbnb stay. Sara should be a super host. The place is exactly as described in the photos. It is welcoming and has been really designed to prioritize the guest experience. So many details around the house make for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped so for anyone who likes to cook this is great. We found the place to be very clean and all beds made up ready for our arrival. Sara is very responsive and once again her interactions were always led by prioritizing the guest experience. The area is super and although we rented a car we enjoyed walking to the restaurant and coffee place recommendations that were in the welcome book. This is one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had and can't wait to return.

I was in town for work. The house was great as a base for our project. And access to the garage was awesome for staging our field equipment and drying wet rain gear.
