Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

The place is nice and different from other houses. The only problem is that not all the room have AC (but they do have fans) and that you need motorbikes or tuktuks (which are not cheap) to move around.

Loved our stay here on Koh Yao Noi, siriporn and everyone we interacted with were so sweet, kind and helpful. We loved the island, the food, the people and exploring. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back

It was really big and we felt comfortable right away! It’s close to some restaurants and small markets and not far from the beach. We enjoyed staying there!

We stayed at the home stay for one month. Bangmee and family are so kind and welcoming, as are the neighbours and Koh Yao Noi community. We loved the fresh coconuts and treats left outside each morning. The house is situated in the centre of town, very close to markets etc. Beaches accessible by bicycle (30 mins or so) or motorbike. We loved our stay here and felt right at home

Warm friendly welcome from Natapat’s family who where always willing to help and advise. The bungalow was exactly as expected and described and suited our needs perfectly. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, all serving good Thai food. We were spoilt for choice! We would be more than happy to return to Koh Yao Noi and Makdaman

I would highly recommend this place to stay. Was received super nicely. The cottage was a little dream. The guest family gave me a scooter for rent and I got plenty of tips from them on where to find the most beautiful places. The host family was super personable and I was even needed fresh fruit. I'll definitely come back ❤️🌸🌸🌸🌸

We had a very good time in Baan Suan Piyanan. The bungalow is large and spacious as well as light flooded through the many windows darkened from the outside. The breakfast was exceptionally lovingly prepared and the view of trees and palm trees as well as a bit of the sea totally beautiful. Everyone was super helpful, so we felt very comfortable and highly recommend Piyanan bungalows!

Darinee is a very great woman who made our stay very special. We felt very comfortable since the first second. The room was cleaned every day and we were given support in every way. It was exactly what we imagined, a quiet place where we could relax. 5 min to the most beautiful beach, thanks to Darinee's recommendation. We will definitely be back.

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

I had a brilliant stay at this apartment. The place is really clean, tidy, and nicely decorated with an old town feel through the artwork, which makes it really cosy and welcoming. The building itself is amazing — there are two pools, one on the ground floor and a stunning infinity pool up on the roof. The rooftop’s not just a pool either — it’s got a full garden with lovely seating areas and an incredible view over all of Phuket, including the hills. The apartment’s very new and in a perfect spot — really close to Phuket Old Town and right next to Bangkok Phuket Hospital, literally a couple of minutes away. There’s loads of restaurant options downstairs too, plus a 7-Eleven and a Tops Daily nearby, so everything’s nice and easy. Art also sorted out a day trip for me to the Phi Phi and Similan Islands, which was absolutely brilliant — a proper luxury experience at a decent price. Had such a great day. Art was always quick to reply and really helpful throughout my stay.

The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

The condo is nice, especially the view from the window. Wifi is fast. It has everything to cook on the kitchen and a washing machine on the balcony. The host is very kind and helpful

Stayed a few nights, had a great stay. Easy check in and check out -- the location is near the Central Mall with great food options. 7-11 nearby and easy to get to downtown Old Town area. Fast internet, hot shower, comfortable couch and bed. Also, it was one of the few hosts I've ever had that had lots of snacks and food for guests. You can tell the host really cares about the guests. Alex&Family was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. Hi, they even came to pick me up from my previous place for free! Nadja also sent a postcard that I wrote without charge to my home country😊. The apartment had everything you need for a little cooking. The ocean view was lovely! The only thing you could complain about was wifi. Was pretty weak most of the time.. I didn't mind so much because I had unlimited mobile data. There was plenty of room at the pool, but I was often on the beach.Good jogging trail was also to go to Tubkaek-beach and back. Hi, they also booked a taxi for me on the day of departure and were at the front desk to say goodbye.😊 If I come to Krabi again, I'll be sure to stay with Alex&Family! Jukka

Everything just perfect.

I loved my time here! I stayed for 4 weeks and will return! The pool is great, huge! The people in the building are very nice. The room is so spacious and private, even though it’s ground floor, you have peace. Bed was so comfy also which is rare. Lupthawit was very good at communicating and made nice recommendations :) you also cannot hear the rest of the building which is amazing, being on the ground floor. The area is a little out of the way, but for me it was perfect because I had a moped. The gym could have more equipment but made do! The apartment is as pictured and so clean. I paid an extra 600TBH for a clean and they were very nice and quick with it. WiFi is strong too which is good for an online worker. Overall the place was cosy, cute, clean and homey and I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Lupthawit!

Excellent place with an excellent host! Location is just 5minutes away from phuket central mall and there is a convenience store a minutes walk away! Accommodation is very clean and feels very homey as well. Highly recommend!
