House vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

The villa is just out of this world. Very well maintained and the view from the pool and the backyard was stunning. Best part was the big warm pool which we enjoyed a lot. The kitchen had all the necessary items. Rooms are big and spacious and bathrooms were also clean with all the amenities. The host is a very nice lady. Would love to stay here again. Location is a bit far from the main city area.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Our stay at Aree And Krisana's villa was amazing! We loved the location - we usually rent a car and like a location that is not too far away from all the attractions, but that also offers us privacy and an opportunity to get away from a crowd and this villa offered exactly that. The villa is surrounded by greenery and the swimming pool is great for a family. The villa is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. The location was very convenient - only 5 minutes drive to Klong Muang beach and 10-15min to Ao Nang and all it has to offer. We loved kayaking in the mangrove forest at Ao Thalane, zip lining at Thai'ed Up and island hopping on a private boat leaving from Nopharat beach, all nearby. And, of course, a special shout out to our hosts who were absolutely brilliant! They live nearby the villa and were there to meet us late in the evening. They were very responsive and helpful, offering tuk-tuk rides to the nearby beach and sharing recommendations. Lovely, warm and caring!

This home is a bubble of happiness. Lots of small touches, coffee, water... Excellent jacuzzi pool. i highly recommend it.

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

Beautiful space but location is quite far from city. Makes up for it with the peace, privacy and amenities. Very responsive in helping with booking of activities.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand . Very quiet location , amazing view, villa itself amazing. High ceilings give that feeling of space and air. Nice swimming pool ! Loved the bathtub , it’s important for me. On the roof you can make picture of sunset 🌄which is really impressive. Villa is very clean, owner was very welcome 🌺I highly recommend for private rest and recharge . Or spend time with your loved ones

I’d like to express my gratitude & appreciation to Siriporn, the apartment was lovely & gave a relaxing atmosphere, A/C was fabulous. Large bathroom. Siriporn kindly provided water, local/homegrown fruits both days we stayed which was an added & unexpected surprise which was greatly accepted especially being a lover of fruits. Sitting area down by the sea was amazing for watching huge bats fly by & land right in front on the trees on the hill to the sea & the most beautiful sunset daily. Location was near plenty of restaurants. We got around the island on mopeds which was a game changer to see so much of Ko Yao Noi. I would definitely stay at Siriporn again if I return to Ko Yao Noi. We enjoyed our stay. It was very nice, modern and clean. The host greeted us in front of the house and showed us in. Also organized a taxi for us and we could rent a scooter directly with her. Would definitely stay again 😎

We had a wonderful time. Sao welcomed us very well and the accommodation is identical to the pleasant and comfortable photos. Beautiful green exterior. We could have stayed longer. One morning Sao dropped off bananas at the entrance of our home. Very nice attention. For the return of the keys Sao was very accommodating. We loved our stay at Sao's.

We had a great time. The Bungalow was very large and clean. The surroundings were quiet. Around there was everything we needed. The restaurant cooks very well and the motorcycle rental is totally unproblematic. We had an amazing time.

Perfectly located bungalow few meters away from the beach. Owners are very helpful and kind. They have laundry service for 80 Baht/kg and rent Bikes for 250 Baht/Day. Bungalow has all the necessery equipment, although nothing too fancy. Definitely worth the money. Only downsides: Bed was to hard for us. It is a wooden bungalow so no soundproofing and it can be quite noisy sometimes (our bungalow was directly behind the laundry/washing machines so we could often hear then running in the morning).

It was the best stay in Thailand for me. You live like a normal Thai in a beautiful bungalow right on the waterfront. Your neighbors are Thai who are very quiet and respectful. At night I could sleep like a baby, the sound of crickets and sea is just amazing. You can use the beautiful pool of a neighboring hotel complex, there is also a restaurant there and you can train there with very good trainers Muay Thai! In 10 minutes walk there is the p'son bottle shop where alcohol is sold and next to it is the best bar on the island, extra time. Matt always helped me as soon as I had an issue and was quickly reachable. Thank you for everything Matt!

We loved our stay here so much! It was so much nicer than we had thought in advance. Every morning we got a basket of fresh fruits and a Thai breakfast. It was an amazing view from the terrace. There are very good restaurants and a beautiful bay within walking distance. If we are ever lucky enough to come back, we will for sure!

A nice and comfortable place to get to know the area, You have to go to Restaurante Stella (homemade food, rich and economical). shops nearby and great sea views. The host is very friendly and dedicated and will help you in everything you need. There was water in the fridge. the bed very comfortable and the price. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻✨

This place is pure paradise. We enjoyed staying in the super clean and beautiful house with the incredible view of the bay. We could even watch monkeys and hornbills from the wonderful terrace. Just great 😍

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Meen’s farm. The place is very peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. In the evening and at night, you can hear the sounds of the jungle (frogs, birds, and small geckos). I recommend renting a scooter at the pier, or you can ask the host for help, so you can explore the island. Meen was exceptionally kind and helpful in arranging transportation to our next destination. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you, we definitely coming back 🙏🏼

Emanuela is responsible and nice. She communicates with me about everything. The place is so Thai style and u definitely need have a try. If it’s rainy day the experience will be more attractive cuz u can hear the nature when you sleep, definitely the best choice.

Lovely stay! The hosts made the stay perfect! Upon arrival, during and when checking out, the hosts were always on call and free to answer any queries. They organised our laundry, a boat trip, and the renting of mopeds for us, which was super efficient and saved us a lot of time. The house itself was beautiful, although there is no air conditioning and despite the use of fans, it was a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, great stay!

Amazing place, wish we could stay longer. Watching the sunset from the balcony is a must, buy some drinks to put in the fridge and enjoy, best sunset view on the island! Air con in two bedrooms worked great. The host gave excellent recommendations for local contacts for taxi and moto hire. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.
