Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ko Yao District

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Phuket! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. We especially appreciated that it was located in a more local area, away from the overly touristy spots, it gave us a more authentic experience of Phuket. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Absolutely stunning accommodation, with the most wonderful views. The staff are so kind, thoughtful and lovely! Probably one of the most beautiful villas I've ever stayed in - the attention to detail and interior design was immaculate, especially the bathroom with the outside showers (don't worry, there's two inside too), two sinks (his & hers) and the beautiful bathtub. The restaurant had such wonderful vibes each night, especially the section set into the water (which was opened up especially for us!). The staff truly know how to make your visit here memorable and special! The bike hire was a smooth transaction and I hirely recommend (the area is a little remote, but it's ideal for a private getaway) It's worth a mention the laundry is very expensive, but I suppose with it being such a up market venue, maybe it's to be expected. Overall a fabulous stay - I hope to visit again in the future!!

A great place as expected. However, the host and his/her team are super accommodating during checking in and out. Mr. Paisan was even kind enough to help sending some of our stuff back via EMS. The place is very convenient for us to commute into downtown for local food and vibe and close to a few picturesque points.

Tanarat (Mr. Best) was a fantastic host and our family (5 adults) loved our stay. We’re so grateful to Best for being welcoming and sharing his lovely home with us. The house was spotless, all required amenities were provided. Best was so kind and easy to communicate with, he gave us multiple local recommendations for food & dessert places (we went to every single one - they were awesome, affordable and delicious). Best also ensured that housekeeping came as requested to provide new towels, toilet paper, clean bins etc. The home itself is stunning, my older parents felt so comfortable and relaxed, they particularly loved the indoor pool & spa, very clean and they could relax without feeling cold or worrying about mosquitoes. 3 separate bathrooms and showers meant we could all get ready without waiting. Some extra features that we really appreciated: universal wall sockets, multiple light settings, big drinks water tank. We couldn’t recommend Tanarat’s place more!!!

From start to finish - our trip was amazing. Pickup started at the airport without a long wait & wasn't that far from the airport. Upon arrival Owen walked us through the property & answered any questions or concerns we may have had. The property matched all the pictures exactly - but it doesn't do it any justice. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Our housekeeper, Aon went above and beyond for us daily. Her meals were delicious. Owen made suggestions for food and activities, helped us with any requests we may have had. Definitely our bright light during this trip. I am grateful for him and his hospitality. His home was stunning. I would def recommend this property. Yes it is a little bit out the way, but the views and the peace make up for it. Just know you will be traveling a bit to the more busier parts of Phuket. But soo worth it in the end.

The highlight was definitely the **swimming pool**—it was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The space itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was great,wonderful host, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations. If you’re looking for a stay with a **fantastic pool** and great hospitality, this is the place! We’d love to return and highly recommend it.

Absolutely blown away by Michael + Fon's hospitality for our stay! They were so helpful and gracious. Everything was stunning and we ended up staying by the pool far more than anticipated! We loved that there was a restaurant right next door and Michael was so willing to bring our food over to us. We had a few catered meals that were outstanding. We asked for some vegetarian options and Fon made some great dishes for us! The fridge outside with drinks was always stocked and ready for us, and we appreciated the water dispenser so much. Thank you for your hospitality Michael and Fon!

We just spent two amazing weeks at Melinas Guest House near Krabi, Thailand, with our family, including our three children with partners and six grandchildren. Having the entire resort to ourselves created a special atmosphere for our gatherings. The staff at Melinas Whale Bar were fantastic, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The location right on the beach, with stunning views and breathtaking sunsets, made for unforgettable moments as we enjoyed sundowner drinks while the kids swam in the sea. We highly recommend Melinas Guest House for a fantastic family vacation and can’t wait to return!

Lovely space to spend some quiet time in Phuket. About 30 min drive to all the attractions. Would stay again.

Great accommodation! Clean, modern, nice location. Awesome price/quality ration. Our host was friendly and responsive as well. If you want to find a place where you will fell yourself exactly like at home from the very start, it is definitely decent option to consider!
