Beachfront vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

Tim was a great host. Friendly and fun guy; gave us great recommendations around the neighbourhood. I’ll definitely consider next time I come to Thailand just coz of how welcome I felt at this property. The pool is well maintained and the property is as is on the pictures; it’s beautiful.

The bungalow was outstanding. You could not ask for more. A private yard and balcony right in front of the beach. Access to shared space to make friends and the beach itself was very nice. Not overly crowded with everything you need right up the hill. I would stay here again without hesitation. The place is well maintained and charming. Communication was seamless with Michael and his team. 10 days was simply not enough!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and entirely for yourself on a private property with 3 more houses exactly like it. The 4 houses surround a central pond with fishes and monitor lizards. The saltwater swimming pool is squeaky clean and beautiful, you can enjoy a great sunset in it. There is quite a lot of staff on-site available to answer your questions during the day. They offer free cleaning services daily, you can choose to use it or not. They also provide daily 8 small water bottles and coffee for free. You can also enjoy a minibar with soda drinks, water bottles, snacks and beers, quite practical when you check-in and haven't have the time to go for groceries yet. You will need a car to go around though as the place is in a retreated area. Not many restaurants around, and 30min away by car from Ao Nang. There is a small artificial sand beach in front of the beautiful view on the sea and Krabi rock islands. No swimming into the sea here though. I'm grateful they accept dogs! 🙏

Uma estadia muito agradável! Krabi se mostrou um local equilibrado - quietude e turistas na medida ideal. Praias bem legais, com o mar bem manso. O hotel é à beira mar, tem piscina e um jardim lindo e sempre bem cuidado! Os trabalhadores do local se apresentaram bem gentis e amistosos. As áreas em comuns do hotel são propícia para fazer amigos. Temos caiaques disponíveis para uso dos hóspedes. O quarto nos acolheu super bem. Cozinha plenamente utilizável, nos serviu muito bem! Ar condicionado cai muito bem no calor. E as camas são uma delicia! Estamos gratas por viver um mês nesse local, compartilhando o convívio com as pessoas lindas que trabalham ali! We had a memorable stay! While the home isn’t beachfront, the views were still stunning and the pool made for the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Just a heads up — the house is very much surrounded by nature, and you’ll definitely notice that indoors at times. We found a frog and lizard inside the living room and the primary bedroom. The staff helped remove the critters. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the incredible chef and staff. Aew, the housekeeper and chef, was amazing — she made us feel so cared for and her cooking was phenomenal. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The laundry service was also top-tier — everything came back perfectly folded and fresh. Beds were on the firm side, which may be a consideration depending on your comfort preferences. But overall, we loved the peaceful setting, friendly service, and delicious food. Would recommend for a nature-immersed, relaxing getaway!

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

Perfect villa, great aircon throughout and super large bed! Beach literally a few steps away and lovely local restaurant very near to the villa if we didn’t want to walk into the village. The beach is great too and we found it was not very busy. Steep hill (which we knew about) to the village but the steep bit is actually not much of a distance. All in all, for us it was excellent!

J’ai passé un super séjour chez Lisa, une hôte très sympa qui est très présente pour ses clients! J’ai été surclassé dans une plus grande chambre avec la vue sur la mer. Le restaurant juste en face avec la salle de gym/entraînement muay thaï au top. De supers coach qui acceptent les débutants à bras ouverts! Je reviendrai! Merci encore pour tout.

WOW... Un petit coin de paradis !! Nous n'y avons passé qu'une journée et une nuit mais même pour une courte durée ça vaut le coup ! Il faut un taxi 4x4 pour accéder à l'hôtel mais les taxis sont au courant quand on donne le nom de l'hôtel. Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli était top, très sympa. La villa est tout simplement splendide !! Un rêve ! Un luxe que l'on aurai jamais pu se payer en France par exemple. La plage privée est superbe, il y a plein d'activités proposées.

We had a wonderful time at BlueBay. The swim up room was a lovely touch as was all the toys the hotel provided, to blow up floats to kayaks and fresh beach towels whenever you needed them. The staff have all been very courteous and attentive. When we first arrived we noticed our AC wasn’t very cold; a call to the front desk had repair men at our door within minutes and minutes later we had blasting AC. The only thing I would suggest is maybe it’s time for new beds as they are quite stiff; other than that it’s a wonderful place. The free breakfast was great and a different options each day. Also buy dinner here! We ate here on our last day and wish we ate here everyday for dinner as they were generous with their portions and it was delicious; compared to the other restaurants down the beach (mommas & Yao Yai beach restaurant)

We absolutely loved our stay at Baan Taranya! We felt welcomed by every single one of the staff members. The location is lovely and private. I’m sure we’ll be back, thank you 🙏🏽🤍

Es war sehr schön und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Wir konnten einen Roller mieten und die ganze Insel erkunden.

A fantastic stay and thoroughly recommend for anyone seeking an escape. The staff are incredibly friendly and the facilities are five star! The only thing is you need to be prepared to pay a bit more for food/drinks. A lot more expensive than mainland.

One of our favourite places to stay. It’s a little challenging to get to. Well worth it once you arrive. It’s a private paradise. Will go back for sure, you must check this place out!
