Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ko Tao

Very nice cozy accommodation, beautiful views, great furnishings, kitchen simply equipped but everything you need (a small pot and sharp knife would still be great) I was already there twice. Toni is friendly and always quickly available for concerns. Unfortunately, there was a lot of garbage on the beach, you can't swim because the water is shallow. If you have a light sleep, it can also be noisy very early because of the small fishing boats that drive out. But I'd love to come back and can only recommend it and I've already advised my acquaintances to come here to relax as it is already very quiet here. Great!

What a great trip... Becky and Chris are super helpful, responsive and most important kind and caring. They were our guides of the Island Told us the best things to do... "rock jump" "best beaches" .... defiantly use their experience and knowledge. Thanks and we hope to return Oliver, Oliver, Harry and Grace

We were greeted by Caz who was SO helpful and gave us so many great recommendations for Koh Tao. Villa was in a perfect location, about a 10 minute walk away from the main strip, so close enough but far enough to not hear the hustle & bustle. P Sak, the taxi driver recommended by Caz, was the loveliest man ever - he was always so efficient and responded within a couple of minutes. He also picked us up from the Pier, arranged by Caz, which was super helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay! X

We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort is gorgeously located on the rocks right on the ocean. Stunning views. We could snorkel right off of our place and saw sea turtles every day. The food was great, the staff were friendly. The resort is rustic, it kind of felt like sleeping in a treehouse with an outdoor shower. With air conditioning!!

Absolute recommendation. Very nicely furnished apartment with fantastic view directly onto the sea. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is a water filter, a brochure with helpful information and even snorkeling gear that you can use. Coral and Yada were super easy to reach, very nice and helped us with all the victories. Taxis, excursions, etc. are also booked for guests, if desired. All in all great!

We had a great stay. Is a bit of a walk up the hill but worth it for the incredible view from the balcony.

everything was perfect. Clean, big, very comfortable place, great location, stunning view from the terrace :) highly recommend. Just there was a large gaps between the front door and the floor, making it easy for lizards and other creatures to get inside.

We spent 6 beautiful nights here and will happily return if we get the chance! The apartment is pristine, well appointed, comfortable, plus the view is even better in real life. There are lots of small thoughtful touches throughout the apartment to ensure you really feel at home. Aircon in both the bedroom AND the lounge room is a huge bonus, as many places in Koh Tao only have aircon in the bedroom. Communication was fantastic, and we were even given a late check out which was much appreciated. This place is also really reasonably priced, honestly, it completely exceeded our expectations. We truly loved our time here :)

Had a perfect stay here. One of the most beautiful locations and views I have stayed in. Host is great and super helpful, keeps you in the loop with ongoing maintenance in the area, as well as an in depth itinerary of things to do in Koh Tao. House super clean, beds super comfy & once again the view at sunset is incredible - way worth staying up in the hills as oppose to down on the beach where everybody is, if you want a special experience.

Great place to stay with a fantastic view and a great host that made us feel very welcome. The place was nice and clean when we arrived and the view was incredible especially as a first timer in the islands of Thailand. Overrall very pleased with our stay and extremely satisfied with the hosts hospitality. We will be visiting again soon :)

This is a great stay at a reasonable price. There's a great view from the deck. The pool is deep and refreshing. Aircon worked great. Everything was as described. The caretaker Lin is fantastic. He is always very responsive and knows a lot about a lot. They had 2 nice scooters waiting and ready for us on arrival. I'd say scooters are a must at this location, although I'm sure Lin could seamlessly set up a taxi for you at your request. This place splits the distance difference between Ao Leuk and Tanote beaches which in my opinion area the best beaches. Great snorkeling and nice beaches and bars/restaurants over looking that clear blue water. Sairee and Mae Haad beaches are less than 10 minutes from the Koh Tao Studios where there's many restaurants, bars and shops. Peaceful place where all you hear is the sounds of geckos and kingfishers. Can't wait to come back.

This property is lovely and just like the photos. The location is great being next to some really beautiful beaches and bays. The hosts were very friendly and willing to assist you in getting taxis ext. would recommend if you’re on Koh Tao
