The Big Courtyard - Apartment in historic farmhouse

The apartment in the countryside is located on the upper floor of a historic farmhouse with a huge natural garden directly on the field and forest. From the spacious kitchen/dining/living area view of the garden and village. The sleeping area for 4-6 people consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a second living/play room with sleeping accommodations for 2 people (opens up the 2 bedrooms). For 8 people, another bedroom with a double bed (12 sqm) is added. Spacious toilet/bathroom area (16 sqm) with shower and tub.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Bike charging station directly at the apartment. Then a sauna session? If you are interested, it is possible to take a tour with my US Oldies ;-)

Vacation in the Knüll Nature Park for up to 30 guests

The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. (To be paid on site upon arrival) Family meetings, seminar groups, workshops, groups of friends and choir camps use the entire house and courtyard with outdoor seating and play barn. Small children can play safely in the fenced yard. Scooters, bicycles, etc. may be brought along.

Beautiful new apartment in the Borken Lake District

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

Our manor with our animals: sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, cats and our dog Elli is only 5 km from the A7 / Malsfeld exit & yet in an absolutely secluded location in the middle of a nature reserve. You can use and explore our 20,000 m² lot. Not far from our farm you will find a unique vantage point. Here with us, the hare and fox say good night. There is also a trampoline/slide/sandbox/table tennis table …
