Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Knox County

This is a perfect space for us to celebrate one of our Kenyon students with family. There’s seemingly endless bedrooms, and common spaces and kitchen make it perfect for hosting. We didn’t take too much advantage of hikes or nature, but because of the great windows, you could feel the nature all around you! We did have a bonfire and love gathering to eat in the dining room. Excellent decor, and amenities.

We loved our stay at this home! It was perfect for us and our kids, with each of the two levels having a bathroom, bedroom(s) and living area. Everything was new, clean, and very home-like. The master bathroom is amazing! John went above and beyond with accommodating our needs, providing a welcome gift, and making sure all went smoothly. We couldn't have been happier. We will likely stay here again when visiting again.

Had a great stay while playing some golf courses in the area. Plenty of beds and large living rooms! Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Ridge Grove for our daughter’s graduation from Kenyon. This was one of the nicest Airbnb's in which we’ve stayed and we highly recommend it! The home was well appointed and exceptionally clean. It had everything for our large group including coffee for the morning, kitchen appliances for preparing a home cooked meal and many bath amenities. (The popcorn machine was an added bonus.) The location is quiet and peaceful. Some nice features of the home include: a space immediately up entering where we could leave our shoes and bags, laundry machines, outdoor table with sun umbrella and four chairs, lots of tvs and a large round dining table. Sara was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful.

We had the pleasure of staying here with extended family for a graduation celebration. It far exceeded my expectations!! JoAnn is lovely and responsive. It's such a beautiful setting with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. There was so much to do for everyone in our group. I highly recommend and will be looking for an excuse to return!!

Heather’s home is truly something special! Over the past seven years, we’ve had the chance to stay in many beautiful places, but this one stands out as the most thoughtfully designed and welcoming space we’ve experienced. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a fresh, inviting scent that instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. Every corner of the house is spotless and beautifully decorated with such care—it’s clear that a lot of love and intention has gone into creating this space. One of the highlights for us was the fantastic hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding in the peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet and private, with a lovely lake nearby that’s perfect for a morning stroll or a bit of quiet reflection. Another little touch we loved was the Bluetooth-enabled Victoria speaker in the kitchen—it was so nice to cook dinner or sip coffee while playing our favorite playlists. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for and more.

This is probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. My sister-in-law and I decided to have a girl’s weekend getaway from husband/fiancé and kids, and Amish Country was our first pick. We found several that caught our eye, but this one stood out. It is a centralized location, looked so pretty and peaceful, and the reviews were great. They were NOT WRONG! We were not disappointed. James was responsive and communicative before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and check-in was a breeze. The space was cozy, but spacious at the same time, and had plenty of amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be staying here again, every time we come to Holmes County! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, and I know my sister-in-law would as well!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the summer kitchen. He allowed our 3 dogs and had an amazing space to stay in. The Amish country was intriguing and I was close to family I will be going back thanks again Glenn fully endorse this property.

Perfect little place and the fenced backyard was great for our 8 month old dog to burn some energy! Out in the country but still close enough to everything we needed. Terri was a great host and was very responsive. We even had a dozen of eggs in the refrigerator for us! 10/10!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was worried about it being an apartment and not having much privacy but it felt very private. The beds were VERY comfortable and that’s always a gamble when staying somewhere. Very clean. We enjoyed having drinking water provided as well. We enjoyed being right in town within walking distance to the brickyard. We will definitely stay here again next year for this event if we have the chance to. Highly recommend.

Loved my stay here. From the outside nature sounds and views to the quaint interior, this place was just what I needed for my stay. Jimm and Kerry were amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. Whenever I am back in the area, I will definitely return to this gem.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful! Her and Dick were very hospitable. My husband and I traveled from out of state to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. They allowed him and my daughter and her 2 kids to meet there and enjoy their beautiful outside tranquility garden and they even built us a fire in the fire pit. They had popsicles and toys for the kids as well. They went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. I would highly recommend their Airbnb. A very enjoyable stay and some wonderful memories were made!

This little apartment was perfect for our overnight stay to attend a graduation party and church the next morning. Booking was easy and Janelle gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the amenities, including the fresh eggs from the family chickens. We also appreciated the electric heater in the bathroom and electric fireplace to move around to keep things cozy on a chilly night. Next time we visit Wooster, we'll definitely book here again!

The place was beautiful. Our whole family drove to see my nephew graduate from Kenyon and there was plenty of parking for our multiple cars. It accommodated all 10 of us without any problems and we were all able to eat together at the huge table. The location is beautiful, private and serene. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone!

We stayed her for a much needed girls weekend and it was fantastic! There were extra cozy blankets everywhere and black out shades in every window which was wonderful. These hosts are fantastic with clear communication every step of the way! Plenty of space for a large group, very clean, and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely rent again.

We made life long memories this weekend in Greg’s absolutely beautiful cabin. We loved the indoor pool so much! It was a typical, chilly Ohio April and truly made the vacation to have our own private pool with heated floors. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would recommend!

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Becca’s place. It was warm, inviting, and made us feel right at home. Beautiful, authentic pieces throughout the house. The stand up floor lamp in the bedroom; yes, an odd thing to comment on, but just wait until you see it! We were there for my husband to ride in the Mohican MTB 100mi and it was so easy to get around to the race as well as the aid stations. The hot tub was absolutely stellar!! The outdoor space was truly divine, filled with ornamentals and native flowers here there and everywhere. We would love nothing more than to be able to stay here for the race again next year! 10/10 recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great fit for our family of 4 with 2 kids. We really enjoyed the outside space to be able to play in the yard and have a firepit in the evenings. It was a great proximity to Mohican and Malabar Farms.
