We were very satisfied with the large apartment, it was modern and stylishly furnished and very clean. The view of the sea and the beach was also beautiful and the underground parking in the house very convenient. We will be happy to come back.

Great view and very nice apartment

We spent very nice days here. The apartment and the view to the front of the sea and to the rear into nature are great! Currently it is very quiet here, just right for us. A small grocery store with bakery is within walking distance, otherwise you only have to drive a few minutes by car. Nathalie is a very good hostess, welcomed us personally and was easily accessible for us.

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We were 6 adults who came to do a part of Zeeland by bike! Very nice stay, very beautiful accommodation, nice decoration,everything was perfect! The plus:the shelter for bicycles with electric outlets and the Charette for luggage. Great welcome. The environment is great in the countryside with the beach 10 minutes by bike. Thank you again

Alright... Good location, with the delhaize right across the street.

The apartment is just as pictured! Basic equipment is available in the kitchen and basic equipment is also available in the bathrooms (hairdryer, straightening iron, soap, tampons, etc.). The garage is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, but we were able to park right in front of the house to load and unload the car. The garage is narrow, but still usable and very useful as there are only a few public parking spaces available. The ocean views are outstanding! Communication with Sara is friendly and fast

Our stay was great! We picked it as it was central to the many places we wanted to visit throughout Belgium, though it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood. Condo was very clean and spacious. Only comment would be if anyone has limited mobility, the stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms are a little steep.

For a fabulous stay, right in the centre of Ypres, you can’t beat it! The stairs are worth it for a bright, airy and spacious apartment, which was extremely quiet at night. The black out blinds in the bedrooms work perfectly. Everything you could need for a city stay is within a very short walk. The parking made things even easier. Thank you Ann for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was in a fantastic central location in Ostend, with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. It was also easy to get to a sandy beach. It was only a few minutes walk from the railway station and bus terminal, which gave quick access to Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The apartment was perfect for four adults with plenty of room to relax. It had all the facilities necessary to self cater, and everything appeared relatively new. The garage was a great asset and the use of two bicycles was appreciated. Communication with the owner was good.
