Historical and individual holidays on West Rügen. Beautiful, personal, small apartment in an old craftsmen's house from 1750 in the center of the small town of Gingst. Located on the first floor, to the market side, with low wooden beamed ceiling and historic windows. Away from the tourist streams at the entrance to the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Close to nature but with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic shop, handicrafts, ceramics and a very special bookshop in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island"capital" mountains (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 sqm garden. This is where you can relax after an exploration of the island, lie in a sun lounger, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95 m on the first floor... so it is better not to be bigger;-)

Go to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 95-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on Westrügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are looking for nature and tranquility, then you are going to the right place. We rent out our cozy, stylish cottage in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familiekate Schwalbenflug" and that works. There are 4 bedrooms for adults and children at your disposal. The house has been thoroughly renovated until 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with a fireplace and a terrace overlooking the horse farm and paddock.
