Downstairs is an open kitchen with a dishwasher; a large south-facing living room with a fireplace and exit to the terrace; a bedroom with its own exit to the courtyard; a small children's room, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine. At the top, a large open space with a work table and a cozy sleeping corner.
