Klithuset is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, only 2½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in beautiful raw nature with a great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has good views. Dogs are welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests clean thoroughly upon departure. External cleaning can be ordered. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See my other house: Fjordhuset.

The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption due to solar cells and good insulation. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long vacation, where you have the opportunity to be mindful of relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

På overetagen er der gæstesoveværelse og et repos med skrivebord. Udenfor er der flere terrasser bl.a. med spiseområde.

Huset har to badeværelser og bryggers med tørretumbler og vaskemaskine. Mulighed for at benytte 2 x surfboards.
