The house is on 2 floors and the part that is rented out is 131 sqm with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. A total of 6 regular beds and 2 extra beds in sofa bed. Stone patio with dining table, chairs and lounge furniture. The plot is surrounded by fences. The house was completed in 2024 and is rented out for shorter stays of at least 3 days, weekly or longer periods. Change of Sundays during the high summer.

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. Cozy forest paths start directly from the property, and in 500 meters you reach the sea for a morning swim, an evening walk along the beach or a pizza at Sandhamn's pizzeria. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.
