The cottage has a very nice atmosphere with its large wooden windows and is tastefully decorated! It is all on the outskirts of the village, almost in the middle of the nature. 5 minutes to walk to swimming lake! Britta is a very friendly and always helpful host with a high level of expertise in plant science with application in the healthy diet!

We were completely satisfied. A great house with comprehensive amenities in a great location. And the communication with the hosts was personal, fast and always accommodating.

We felt very comfortable. The communication was free and very accommodating. Check in via code box was simple and functional. Luxury with sauna and jacuzzi tub tubs.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is large enough to retreat, but at the same time has enough space in the kitchen and living room to be together in a larger group. Very tastefully decorated, within walking distance to the beach.

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

We felt very comfortable with a total of 9 people and enjoyed the special atmosphere in the house on 3 floors and the large garden with unobstructed views of the field and meadow. Highly recommended!!!

This unique apartment offers everything you need for recharging your batteries! It is beautifully designed and well equipped - there is so much attention to detail you feel as if the hosts used to live there. The whirlpool with sauna is a treat after a long day of hiking, biking or canoeing in the area. The surrounding property is just as beautiful and it’s peacefulness of the quiet nature around is rare. The hosts are welcoming and attentive, there are a lot of extras available, such as bike rental and a small shop with honey, wine and other treats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alte Ziegelei!

Henry's place was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is also absolutely great (very central and great connection by public transport). We can recommend the accommodation without reservation and are already looking forward to a next visit.

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

The old rectory is totally idyllic, wonderfully quiet and great for relaxing. Eggs from the chickens in the garden were waiting for us as a welcome. And Johanna does great woodwork that you can buy in the shop next door. We enjoyed our long weekend here to the fullest!

Beautiful log cabin where 4 people can relax. The view is not directly to the lake, but it is only 3 minutes' walk. We were able to fish well there and were satisfied with the boats to rent. The house was well equipped and absolutely clean. Recommended for an extended super weekend.

Incredible location for our water obsessed dog - endless walking trails and lakes immediately in every direction from the apartment, all of which were really quiet. Some of our favorites were Krummer See, Himmelreich-See, Großer Heegeesee and Giesenschlagsee, all of which are on trails accessible from the apartment. Anke gave us lots of tips and recommendations, made us and our dog feel very welcome and was just generally a great host! For those with dogs who love water, or just walking, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. We’ve already booked to go back!

We were 3 families with children and a dog at Simon's house and felt very comfortable, for the 2nd time this year already. The house is really in top condition, has everything you need and more: we were able to barbecue, bake, cook, chill in the garden, go for walks, etc. The nature and the relaxed surroundings there have permanently enchanted us and both the adults and the children want to go back there on vacation. A wonderful spot on earth. The proximity to nature and walking distance to idyllic Plau am See are perfect. The place, cozy and functional! The fireplace is a dream! So easy to use. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice accommodation and the host was very friendly and proactive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, far from stress or any loud activity. We can definitely recommend!

There are numerous activities in the area that provide a lot of fun, and the accommodation itself is ideal for families with children. The amenities are great, and everything is child-friendly. The place is ideal for a family with children, where children can enjoy fun in the garden with a playground and undisturbed sleep in a separate room. Tim and Pauline are very friendly, helpful and always immediately resolved all our requests. great 2 week stay.

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

A beautiful house in the countryside, where you can completely unwind. Great house, great garden, barbecue, table tennis, fantastic sunsets and sitting by the fireplace on both floors. Wonderfully bright, we felt immediately comfortable there and would have liked to stay.

It's a perfect place to relax from the big city. Especially the combination of garden, sauna, fireplace and swimming pool are unbeatable.

A very nice place to stay, exactly as described in the advertisement. You can have a nice time here. Communication with the landlord is also very good and friendly. A clear recommendation.
