Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Light and quiet attic apartment in a family house near Berlin. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. And by car you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch bei uns.
