In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.
