In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The balcony-apartment is located in the first floor of the multi-family house. It features a small balcony with a really lovely view over the villas of the neighbourhood. The flat is furnished to be very comfortable. One can use the facilities for locking up the bicycle on the property. Unfortunately, the garden cannot be used, as it is reserved for tenants of the house. Free parking spaces can often be used in front of the house. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

Welcome to our lovingly and tastefully furnished, quiet basement apartment (approx. 60 m²). The cinema, health food store, supermarkets and bus stop are within walking distance. The apartment was recently renovated. Furniture, kitchen, floor, heaters, washing machine and mattresses/bed are new. The living/dining area is open plan and can be separated from the sleeping area with a continuous white curtain. The apartment may not be suitable for very tall people, as the ceiling is low.

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.
