Die Terasse ist überdacht und mit einer südöstlichen Ausrichtung schön sonnig. Es steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Badestelle am Grimnitzsee ist ca. 300m entfernt und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ideal für Familien. Die Schorfheide und ihre Umgebung ist für ihre vielen Ausflugsziele bekannt, z.B. Geopark, Eberswalder Zoo u.v.m.

The cottage has been lovingly renovated. The cottage is located in the holiday complex on Lake Griminitz in the Schorfheide, one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Europe and about 60 km north of Berlin. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. Two magnificent terraces, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom and a living/dining area. TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix access are part of the amenities.

The former donkey stable is now a small apartment with a living room/bedroom (sofa bed 1.60 x 2 m) with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The hot water supply is obtained from solar energy and is enough as long as the sun is warming. The apartment includes a cozy seat on a small hill in the garden with fantastic views. Our barn de Lütt offers enough space to a couple or a small family to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside in every season. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing frame, swing and sandbox invites you to linger. Cottage in the forest

The cottage stands in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The furnishings are basic. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located just next to the entrance. In the living area, there is a sofa, which is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. Via the staircase you enter the sleeping floor.
