Die Terasse ist überdacht und mit einer südöstlichen Ausrichtung schön sonnig. Es steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Badestelle am Grimnitzsee ist ca. 300m entfernt und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ideal für Familien. Die Schorfheide und ihre Umgebung ist für ihre vielen Ausflugsziele bekannt, z.B. Geopark, Eberswalder Zoo u.v.m.

Unzählige Badestellen, Wander- und Radwege befinden sich in der Nähe.

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sogar barrierefrei zugänglich. In der größten Wohnung (im Obergeschoss) kann in der geräumigen Küche gemeinsam gespeist werden. The cottage has been lovingly renovated. The cottage is located in the holiday complex on Lake Griminitz in the Schorfheide, one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Europe and about 60 km north of Berlin. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. Two magnificent terraces, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom and a living/dining area. TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix access are part of the amenities.

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, only about five kilometers from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea and ospreys can also be observed here. Otters, beavers and even kingfishers are also native to the area. The crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are nearby and can be reached on foot or easily by bicycle.
