Welcome to Tall Cedar. We built the loft in 2022. All the trim and baseboards are from trees that were on the property and milled up the street at a family run mill. View of the mountain, Headwaters of the Sac. River across the street at the City Park and a peaceful vibe for you to enjoy. 2 queen bed bdrms, 1 bath. A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 40.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!

Very nice place and very short drive to the city and trails. If you are a light sleeper like me, you may wanna bring some ear plugs as you can hear the train, although I didn't even really need them.

A cozy living area features a dark leather sofa and a light-toned loveseat. A wooden coffee table is positioned between them. A wall-mounted television sits on a small media console, and a decorative cabinet is placed against the wall. Warm lighting is provided by a lamp on an end table.

Helene was a great host. The place was great with fantastic access to local restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and/or recommend others to stay.

The kitchen features dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, creating a modern appeal. A large island with barstools provides additional seating. A wooden dining table with upholstered chairs is positioned nearby, complemented by decorative elements and soft lighting from suspended fixtures.

Second time staying here at Helene's place. Helene is a fantastic host as she strives to ensure her guests have a smooth and worryless stay here in Grants Pass. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner, and anything we ran out of during our long stay was quickly restocked. The apartment is right in the middle of downtown and is close to everything, very convenient. The cost of this place does add up between having to pay for laundry and parking, as well as the place itself. Regardless, a 5 star experience and I will be recommending Helene to anyone passing through.

Helene was friendly and responsive, and very informative about the property. Flexible check in time was great since I was traveling with 2 kids. The loft was sparkling clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The location is great since there’s a wine bar downstairs and restaurants all around.

This is the second time we have stayed at Niel's place. Niel has made some small but very nice improvements that made our stay even more enjoyable this time. We love the location and Niel is very responsive if we have a question. This is our go to place in Redding.

The living area features high ceilings and large windows that provide ample natural light and bay views. A modern kitchen with an island is complemented by a cozy seating area, including a sectional sofa and decorative rugs, enhancing a spacious and functional atmosphere.

Nick is a great host and his loft is fantastic. Loft doesn't do it justice. It's a well appointed, spacious apartment. The location is great. It's close to the highway, but far enough away so there is no noise. In fact, at night, it is totally quiet and very peaceful. To top it off, the kitchen has all new high end appliances. Perfect to prepare things to eat while enjoying the amazing views of the bay.

Beautiful place. Peaceful. Wonderful views. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Easy parking. Highly recommend. There are stairs and no elevator, but if you are physically able it’s worth it. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.
