Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

There is a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and another queen bed and desk in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a new TV to stream your favorites. The kitchen has a gas range, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom is small and narrow but has a full tub and shower.
