Just off Highway 97, about 70 miles from Crater lake, 3 miles from Skylakes Medical Center & OIT. The Loft has easy access to all our city has to offer. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Intimate setting with access to sauna in backyard. Also my massage studio, so you will find my tools and supplies around. Queen Tempur- Pedic Murphy style bed. My hydraulic massage table is also available for sleeping or can convert into a recliner. Wifi, AC/heat, TV, stand up shower, simple kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, French press, utensils etc. Free parking, a 150ft walk to house. Not handi-cap accommodating. Dogs welcome $10 fee per pet. Thank you.
