Family and pet friendly, home features a large living room and kitchen, full sized appliances, dining room table, 1 queen bed in each bedroom. High speed internet a 55" smart TV in LR and main bedroom. This property is dog friendly, floors are vinyl plank with area rugs, but no carpet.

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake. The lake is great for paddling but can be too much algae sometimes for swimming.
