Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Klaksvík

We had a wonderful time at Rúna and Birgir’s place. The house is beautifully designed, super specious and clean. Very close to the city and with a beautiful view. ‏Rúna and Birgir were so friendly and welcoming, we felt at home. Highly recommended. We would love to come back.

A lakás tágas, világos, kényelmes, jól felszerelt, otthon éreztük magunkat. A nappaliból a hegyeket és a tengert is látni. A környék csendes, békés, ideális kiindulópont Eysturoy szigetének bejárásához, és Klaksvik is 15 perc autóval, ahonnan a kompok indulnak Kalsoy szigetére. Elsebeth és Jón barátságos, segítőkész, kedves házigazdák, nagyon jókat beszélgettünk velük. Külön élmény volt, hogy részt vehettünk a leírvik-i Hajómúzeum új kiállításának megnyitóján, köszönjük Elsebeth és Jón!

Kristin’s place was great! We had everything we could possibly need and more. In addition, we were in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very nice, quite, and peaceful as well. Would highly recommend!

This was an absolute perfect apartment for 6-7persons. Good location, spacious, lot's of light coming in, perfect kitchen, very well equipped, nice terrace overlooking the harbour - only very small negative remark was from the couple sleeping in the small bedroom who found the bed a little small. Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft, habe alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Eleina und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und um schnelle Lösungen bemüht. Es war ein sehr netter Empfang, sie waren sehr gastfreundlich und sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war gänzlich neu und machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Es war alles vorhanden. Mir hat es in einer Woche an nichts gefehlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Amazing stay. We had a problem with our hot water and John came over and fixed it in 5 minutes. Beautiful apartment with a great view. Has laundry, ping pong, TV, etc…

Large and well-equipped house in an amazing location. The view from the main room over the sea to the next island would be worth renting the house for on its own. Kunoy is a charming small village with a few short walks, and Klaksvik is easily accessible by car for shopping etc. A great base for exploring the Faroes. We were five people, but there is room for several more. Perfect.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for 3 nights. The 2-storied unit appears to be brand new, and as such, is warm, bright, and airy, and a real delight to walk into. There are large windows on the front of both stories looking out to the fiord - perfect to enjoy while having your meals there! The kitchen is fully equipped (although no microwave), and came with extras, such as ground coffee, various teas, and some snack items, all of which were appreciated. Both the bathroom and bedroom(s) are generously sized, and an added bonus for us was the addition of a washing machine. Parking is available on the road edge, while there is a large Bonus supermarket just across the road. It is just over 1km to the town center. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would not hesitate to recommend this to travelers looking for comfort and quality on the outskirts of Klaksvik!

Our stay in the boathouse went absolutely perfect. You could really see that Ragnar and Karin had put a lot of effort. The place is beautiful: perfectly clean, modern, nicely furnished and very well equipped. The contact with the host went smooth, kind and easy. Would 100% recommend this place.

Paulina and Boguslaw have carved out a little bit of heaven in this comfortable, cozy cabin room in Gøtugjógv. I found it to be a great refuge while exploring the northern bits of the Faroe Island. And even though the bathrooms were shared, it never felt that way. They were always clean and it had everything I needed for my stay. My favourite part has to be the picture window facing a spectacular view of the harbor. Okay I lied, my favorite part is meeting Paulina and experiencing her hospitality. It was truly a great stay.

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend, abgelegen aber nicht hinter dem Mond. Wir waren vor Jahren bereits hier und freuen uns, dass sich nicht alles geändert hat. Die Schafe, die einspurigen Tunnel, die einzigartige Landschaft, die flotten Wetterwechsel aber auch das Moderne, zum Beispiel die Unterseetunnel. Wahnsinn. Definitive Empfehlung, sowohl für die Färöer gesamt als auch für unsere Insel, unser Dorf und natürlich unser Haus.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Durita's boat house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. A highlight was the large, open concept living room/kitchen/dining room with a large wall of windows looking out to the fjord. Perfect place to hang out no matter the weather. Loved being able to do a load of laundry and being able to walk to Bonus (grocery store). This is a great choice for staying in Klaksvik. Thanks, Durita!

We had a comfortable stay and the views were awesome. All required amenities were available. Highly recommend for sightseeing in the Northern Islands.

Great place, super cozy and a great size for a short or long stay. Amazing location and only a few minutes walk from shops and things to do. Sigbritt was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, and place was just as described. No disappointed. Kitchen is very well equipped. After a hike it was nice to chill out on the sofa.

I loved Atli’s place. It is so lovely and comfortable. It has everything you need and a breathtaking view. Atli is also a welcoming and helpful host. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anybody visiting the Faroe Islands.

Guðrun was super friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions to do in the area. The place was small but nice and cozy. The furniture was brand new with everything we needed. The apartment had a nice view of the mountains around it and was in the center of where we wanted to hike and see.

Was für eine tolle Aussicht! Man hat schön Platz in der Wohnung, sie ist sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Einrichtung ist live love laugh style). Super Gastgeber!

We have spend a few days in a spacious and very well appointed appartment, with a tremendous view on the island of Nolsoy. The neighborhood is peaceful, while the downtown is quickly accessible by foot and bus. The owner is a reactive and nice person.
