Our large apartment is situated on the edge of the forest, in a quiet location on a sunny slope above Reifnitz with a magnificent view of Lake Wörthersee and the surrounding mountains. Our apartment is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The lake is only a few minutes walk away. You can use the beautiful swimming pool with a view of Lake Wörthersee from the Hotel Haus am Wald, right next door, free of charge - from Mid May to approx. September, depending on the weather.

The 120 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating, and a washing machine. You have access to a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, two covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

The 60m ² apartment includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable couch (extendable as a sofa bed), a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Of course there is also free WiFi available

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

We like to have it nice and enjoy our home. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home ourselves. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀.
