Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. In high summer pleasantly cool, as the lower ground floor. It doesn't even take a minute to the beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I was able to use for free. It's just a few minutes walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Thank you Helmut and team for a wonderful week on the Faakersee. We had a truly restful week in beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect for us and your warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. This was our best AirBnB to date.

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ and spa area with indoor and outdoor pool were included. Breakfast and restaurant in the house are recommended. Great location right on the lake with direct access to swimming, with bar and waterfront food - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. Anyway, thanks for everything and see you soon.

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

Beautiful large and clean accommodation ☺️ very quiet. Ideal for hikes, swimming, bike tours, etc. By car, you can also get to Lake Wörthersee quickly - so plenty of activities all around. We enjoyed it very much.
