The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Our two-storey, air-conditioned detached stone house is located in the historical Kale Neighborhood and is within a 10-minute walk to the Red Basilica, the city center and the Ancient City Acropolis cable car. 15 minutes by car to Kozak Plateau, 25 minutes to Dikili coast. Check the guides section for recommendations. Also, please let me know if you would like to use a transfer from the airport or from Bergama.
