The distance to the IST airport takes 20 minutes (about 20 usd) by taxi. You can enjoy the sea view from the large terrace. Our location is a very quiet and spacious place. Seafront, summer house with almost 360 degree amazing view. You can swim in the sea, which is about 30 meters away from the front porch. The summer house is located in the middle of a 4 decares land. The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

One side looks East which you can enjoy sunshine and other side looks West which gives peaceful sunset. All rooms and saloon have AC, PS5 and all Netflix, Hbo Video and Disney accounts. Duplex is on the top floor of a building which is top of an hill so there is a spectacular view. Its your complete home.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
