It has a private garden and its use belongs only to the person who rents it. It offers accommodation for up to 6 people with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and an additional 1 'L' sofa + 1 portable bed. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
