Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kitzbühel District

The flat had everything I needed for my hiking adventures around Kufstein. Comfy bed, kitchen with all necessities. Easy check in at the time of my arrival (midnight).

We both really enjoyed our stay! The people were very kind and warm, always ready to help!

Very nice and clean accommodation. Katja was very friendly and a good host. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Hiking paths and ski slopes were easily accessible by bus. Thank you for having us!

My family and I had an excellent stay at Fraser’s listing in Kirchburg. The unit was clean, spacious, had nice amenities including a bathtub, sauna, washer/drywr, patio/deck and warmers/storage for our ski gear in the garage. The unit is located adjacent to the train station making and within walking distance to town, restaurants and stores. Fraser provided helpful local information about skiiing, restaurants and transportation. A separate deposit is required to rent the unit and the host emails a link to a payment portal outside of Airbnb. This was not fully disclosed in the listing description but is noted in the payment details. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

The place is great! Everything is clean and not worn, very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is warm and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself is spacious and clean. There is a sauna in the basement that can be used twice a week, it is big, clean and looks like new. After the sauna, you can relax on the sun loungers that are next door. A few minutes by car to two different gondola stations, so the place is perfect for a ski stay. Highly recommend!!!

Anita is an amazing person, very helpful and responds quickly when needed. She is also very cooperative. Check in was smooth. The house was very nice and well equipped. Location is excellent and a parking slot is available directly in front of the house. The area is a perfect area for kids as well. Wifi was excellent. There is a cloth washing machine inside the apartment. Highly recommended and will come again for sure.

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Everything was as expected

We were looking for a nice place to stay near the ski area and found it the same with Dmitri. Dmitri was very responsive to our questions and had lots of tips. We felt very comfortable overall and would be happy to come back.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.

Our expectations were exceeded. Very uncomplicated check-in, super nice, large and extremely clean apartment with beautiful views! We spent our ski vacation with 8 people at Dmitri's and it couldn't have been better. Communication with Dmitri was impeccable and he was super friendly and always quickly available. In the basement there was a ski room with heating rods for the ski boots. The sauna is beautiful and can be reserved for different time slots. The ski bus leaves nearby (3-minute walk) and takes about 5 minutes to the Panoramabahn. The apartment is very new with high-quality kitchen and 3 modern bathrooms. The apartment is not at all noisy, which was very pleasant if you wanted to sleep a little earlier and there was still activity in the living area. We will be happy to come back and thank Dmitri for the lovely stay! :)

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Very nice and clean house. For 4-6 people a perfect size. Location is quiet. Everything is easily accessible by car. Various opportunities for shopping and skiing. We didn't have any issues. We would come back.

My family and I, we had a great time at Kitzbüle! The chalet was very cozy and with a great location. Super close to the city center and supermarkets and stores around. Emma was very nice and helped me every time we needed. 100% we are coming back Than you

Very nice and well located AirBNB. Clean and top location - ideal for skiing! Due to the transparency and being fair to the tenants, however, you would also have to attach a picture of one of the four rooms in the Airbnb, in which there are 4 "beds" on almost 4 square meters, so you can hardly stand in the room. Only pictures of the "large" rooms with double bed unfortunately convey a wrong picture! All in all still a mega - airbnb!

A beautiful, extremely functional house with extremely tasteful decor. Also, everything you might need is there (esp. winter things, but also bicycles). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk there). The hostess is also very kind, any problems are solved immediately.

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).
