Beautiful, immaculately clean, neat ground level & main floor. 3 BR suite in a true craftman's home in Kitsilano. Quiet upscale neighbourhood, minutes to Downtown, UBC, PointGrey & Kerrisdale area, walk to Jericho & Locarno beach, 3 blocks to the water, full view of the Northshore mountains and water. Great stores and shopping at 4th Avenue, a short walk from our home. Funky restaurants, cafe's on 4th. Enjoy a beautiful, vibrant garden of stunning bright dahlias in the summer months. A must!
