We will rent one building, so please have a relaxing time with your family, partners, and groups. The convenience store is about a 4-minute drive away. The supermarket is about an 8-minute drive away. Miyama House is a guest house made by renovating an old wooden house that was no longer in use. The entire house is rented out, so families and groups of friends can use it as if it were their own home. Meals are not provided, but you can enjoy cooking in the open kitchen where everyone can gather. The exterior of the building looks old, but the interior is stylish when you open the front door. The interior is finished with natural materials such as wood and plaster, and the insulation is perfect, making it a safe and comfortable space. The reason why we made it so carefully is that we are carpenters who specialize in wooden architecture. We've created an ideal space with a sense of fun, and we'd love for you to experience it. We want you to have a relaxing time, so check-in is from 10 am and check-out is by 3 pm. You can stay up to 29 hours. You can also use it with your pets. However, due to space constraints, please limit your pet to a medium-sized dog, and use a cage during your stay. Please refrain from letting your pets run loose in the room or leaving them alone in the room.

I came to Gifu in 2018, I think it was it’s unpretentiousness that attracted me . The people here seem relaxed and easy going, hospitable and very much in love with their hometown which in the Gifu park area retains much of the (Kyoto like) feeling of traditional Japan with it’s castle and a host of well maintained shrines. I don't think many people have heard of Gifu, even Japanese people, inspite of the Great heritage sights like Shirakawago, beautiful mountains and clear water rivers!

"Moegi" is an old folk house lodging along the Nakasendo in Gifu. We renovated a 60-year-old, 150㎡ old private house to create a private lodging where you can relax. "Moegi" is the name of a traditional Japanese color. It was named to wish for a "good start'' and "child's growth.'' There is a playroom of approximately 32 m² for children. Don't worry if you can't go sightseeing due to rain. There are also many sightseeing spots in the area, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.

A historical old house lodge "Kusanoniwa"

Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.
