The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

It is particularly suitable for travellers planning a hiking or cycling trip. The 74 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people.

Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

Welcome to beautiful Allgäu! Our lovingly furnished attic apartment is idyllically located on the Wolfegger Ach, only 7 km from Kißlegg – ideal for those seeking relaxation in the midst of nature. We live in the house, but the apartment is a separate, private area. There are still three dogs and a cat on the property. The house is quiet, without direct neighbors – perfect for a break from everyday life. Hiking and cycling trails start virtually outside the door.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.
