Beautifully constructed and well appointed home in a very peaceful area! Beds are so comfortable compared to other European stays. We traveled to a few different beaches- sandy to rocky- in under an hour. Afrata beach just 5 mins drive or 20min walk. Super relaxing stay!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, und alles war perfekt organisiert. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs auf Kreta sechs Nächte in Pavlos Unterkunft verbracht. Der Check- In war, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen, problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Pavlos war sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen war er immer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Aussicht und es ist sehr ruhig. Trotz allem muss man keine Angst haben, völlig abgeschottet zu wohnen. Die Terrasse bietet ein wenig Schatten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Taverne „Meltemi“ liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt, das Essen hier ist lecker und das Personql freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit in Pavlos Unterkunft sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder🌞

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, conçue avec beaucoup de goût, dans un environnement très paisible (et à la fois très proche du centre ville), avec une vue incroyable. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’ouest de l’île. Maria, l’hôte de la maison, est très agréable, disponible/ réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach grandios. Giannis und Christina sind sehr gute und freundliche Gastgeber . Angefangen vom flexiblen Check In wegen unserer Flugverzögerung bis zu der freundlichen Einweisung und den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank. Hier fühlt man sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Die Villa ist super gemütlich und der Außenbereich toppt einfach alles, was wir bisher hatten. Sehr sauber, super schön und ein extrem großer Pool. Hier kann man sogar richtig schwimmen und hat die Möglichkeit den Sonnenuntergang direkt von der Terrasse zu erleben. Wir würden hierher jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke

Both Ioanna and Spiros were great hosts. Incredibly welcoming and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful, the views from the pool amazing and it was easy to drive to the old town within 6 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 15-20 mins which we did once. I’d highly recommend this villa and the hosts. 😊

Absolut top Villa, modern, sauber, ruhig, rundum top! Von der Villa aus hat man die beste Aussicht, absolut überragend. Einziger Hinweis, die Einfahrt ist sehr steil, mit unserem gemieteten Fiat Panda kamen wir nicht hoch, konnten aber direkt vor der Einfahrt parken. Wir können diese Villa jedem empfehlen der auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung ist, mit traumhaftem Ausblick. In naher Umgebung gibt es tolle, einfache Restaurants, zu Fuß erreichbar.

This Airbnb is fantastic! The location could not be better and the host was very attentive and had great communication. The driver was punctual and flexible . We absolutely loved our stay here !

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We immediately fell in love with this villa! The quality of absolutely everything in and around the building is extraordinary. The pictures cannot truly capture how beautiful and well-designed this place is. From the tasteful interior decor to the immaculate outdoor areas, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide both comfort and luxury. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

Wir hatten die Villa für eine Woche gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Perfekte Kommunikation, leichter Check-In. Die Villa hat eine grandiose Lage, das Haus hat massig Platz und alles was man braucht. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den tollen Service und Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und Erreichbarkeit. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und eine Empfehlung wert.

Andreas could not have been more helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The Villa was very well appointed and perfectly located in Agia Marina. We had peaceful sleep and it was good to spend time relaxing by the pool. We will return in the future. The food locally was exceptional and a couple of evenings in Chania well worth the short trip. Thank you for such great hospitality!

Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! We just returned from 10 days at this property and can’t overstate how stunning it is. We sought out something that would feel like a luxury resort without all the people and this really delivered. The pool and grounds are so beautiful, completely private with views over Phalasarna Bay. The shallow section of the pool was perfect for our 4 year old. The whole outdoor space is serene and the outdoor lighting around the property just after sunset is truly magical. Inside the house is just as nice and was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were provided for the shower and pool. Phalasarna is not overly touristy and feels like a hidden gem, the beaches were not crowded, the prices of local restaurants were very affordable (We loved Spilios and Alea). We had such a lovely time here and we will remember it fondly. And extra thanks to Giannis for accommodating such a late check-in and being so welcoming after we were delayed. We would love to return someday.

We - 10 friends - had an amazing time in Michalis Villa. The views were amazing and the heated pool (extra charge) made us stay there most of the time! Take care you do see something of the island, as it is tempting to stay in the garden and pool. Kitchen did not miss anything. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed a thorough cleanup midst of our stay. Communication with Michalis was easy, the check out flexible and we received some welcome condiments. Highly recommended, would come back!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

We had a wonderful, peaceful & relaxing week in this beautiful house. Amazing location, stylish, spacious, comfortable & very well-equipped. It’s 3 minutes from the small town of Sellia (3 or 4 nice traditional restaurants & small but useful supermarket), 10 minutes from the bigger (seaside town) of Plakias (many restaurants, 2 big supermarkets, butcher & baker), yet out on its own: utterly quiet & private and with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the sea. Cordula - who created this fabulous place, from ground up & with incredible attention to detail, is a perfect host. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful: at all stages proactive, quick & very clear communication and always concerned about our convenience & comfort. Our flight time meant we didn’t arrive until 8pm & Cordula offered to order & collect food from one of the excellent local restaurants & keep it warm in the oven, so after a long & tiring journey our holiday started straightaway. We would love to return.

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

This is a spectacular villa and easily matches the photos. One unexpected feature was that one of the two pools was shallow for the kids. That meant they could stand by themselves and they would play in it all day. The adults loved just lying in it too! Nikos was a great host. He welcomed us on to the property and was extremely responsive with our questions. He even delivered extra pool toys and Greek treats during our stay. The area is very private with a short drive to supermarkets and some classic waterfront restaurants. It’s also convenient to get to Chania airport. We loved our stay here as two families, it exceeded our expectations and would strongly recommend.

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome!
