Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Escape to our cosy seaside annex in one of Lowestoft’s most sought-after areas, just a one-minute walk from Pakefield Beach. It’s a lovely spot with local favourites all within easy reach, including a beachside coffee hut, pubs, and a sea-view restaurant. There’s parking on our drive, and with easy access to the A12, it’s a great base for exploring the Suffolk coast.
