The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

It has a private garden and its use belongs only to the person who rents it. It offers accommodation for up to 6 people with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and an additional 1 'L' sofa + 1 portable bed. Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
