Kirkland is a beautiful town that sits on the shores of Lake Washington. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Come stay and relax in this quiet cozy little MIL apartment located above my detached garage. In addition to the full bathroom in your unit, there is a full bathroom with full size washer and dryer for your use, if needed, in the garage below. If you are looking for a allergy free place to stay, this is it. Clean, hardwood floors, dust free, alternative down pillows, 600 count Egyptian cotton linens. Sorry! NO PETS or SMOKERS.

This place truly is “the hidden gem of Kirkland.” I cannot say enough great things about Pam and Bill. They are gracious, down to earth, and honest people. They are accommodating and supportive. Booking here was by far the best decision we made. Pam provided perfect directions to find the location along with pictures to ensure we didn’t get lost. When our family visits (for extended periods) we are 100% booking them here. Thank you Pam for everything!

Eric’s place is just what I needed, it has everything you would want to feel like home, I loved well equipped kitchen and the working station with the monitor, chair and adjustable desk! Eric is a sweet host, very easy to communicate with, and he also would check if you need anything and will go extra step to make your stay super comfortable! I highly recommend renting this place!

Excellent location close to the 520 for convenient access to Seattle. The only nitpick would be the thin roof; hosts and their family live upstairs so when they're on the deck during the afternoon, noise can get loud. Otherwise, everything else was great. Hosts are proactive and responsive, accommodated a later check out, and unit was true to photos!
