Slap af med familien i denne hyggelige bolig. Huset ligger for enden af en lukket vej med egen indkørsel og stor have. imens de voksne slapper af på terrassen, kan børnene leget på trampolinen eller i legehuset. Skulle man have lyst til en dukkert, ligger huset ca. 300m fra Roskilde fjord, med badebro og mini strand for de mindste. Huset ligger ca. 20 km fra Roskilde, Frederiksund og Holdbæk, og der er godt 45 min. i bil til København. Elektricitet er IKKE med i lejen. (se andre oplysninger)

Bo på landet i vores træhus på 140 m². Huset har tre soveværelser: to med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, som kan slås sammen til en dobbeltseng. Der er desuden en sovesofa i stuen, som kan benyttes efter behov. Du er velkommen til at nyde vores store have på 15.500 m² med mange hyggelige kroge og en bålplads. Vi har 15 høns og en hane, der bidrager til den landlige stemning. Huset er i ét plan og har en stor, lys stue og et landligt køkken. Vi bor i et tidligere sommerhus på grunden.

Egnet til familier. Ingen fester. 6 senge (to køje og en dobbelt) i hovedhus og en køjeseng og 1,5 mands seng i anneks. Bedst egnet til 6-8 pers. Stor terasse, gasgrill, udendørsbruser, trampolin. Høj stol, ikke babyseng. Rengøring er obligatorisk. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder. Ikke rygerhus.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Klassisk lille sommerhus (ikke-ryger) bygget 1960, beliggende ved Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land. Kun 100 m til fjorden ad en lille skovsti. Huset ligger på en stor grund og har en dejlig vildtvoksende og ugenert have mod syd. Der er udepejs til aftenhygge på terrassen, og Weber gri ll Legehus til småbørnene i haven, samt bærbuske og krydderurter i haven OBS. Der er indrettet ny entre, og bygget helt nyt badeværelse hvor der før var junior kammer. Nyt dobbelt værelse i annekset

Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het zomerhuis van Mai. Het huis is net zo licht en ruim als op de foto's. De keuken is heel ruim uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De regio leent zich goed voor wandelingen naar het meer, het bos of door de velden en tegelijkertijd ben je in een half uurtje in Kopenhagen, Roskilde of Hillerød. En de bakker in Ganløse is een paar jaar geleden uitgeroepen tot de beste bakker van Sjælland. Kortom, een aanrader!

Unsere Zeit bei Line war absolut genial! Sie ist so eine tolle Gastgeberin: Hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, unglaublich nett! Das Häuschen hat uns umgehauen, es war wirklich unsere Insel im Grossstadtdschungel. Wunderschön & zauberhaft! Wir waren mit unseren kleinen Töchtern dort (4 & 5) ... der Garten und die Ruhe haben diese Städtereise einzigartig gemacht! Das Interieur des Häuschens ist super schön, aber auch gemütlich! Man merkt wieviel Zeit und Mühe sich Line beim einrichten gemacht hat! Der Garten ist so unglaublich schön .... !!! Ausserdem ist Line ein absoluter "Schatz" .... Sie hat uns sogar eine Regenschirm geschenkt um trocken zum Flughafen zu kommen & ganz viele tolle Tips gegeben! AirB&B auf höchstem Niveau ... es geht nicht besser! 1000 Dank!!! Wir werden diese Reise nicht vergessen & kommen auf jeden Fall zurück!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf dem Bauernhof von Mads und Trine. Die beiden waren super herzlich und sehr gastfreundlich. Unsere kleine Tochter hat es geliebt die Tiere zu füttern und zu streicheln. Das Frühstück mit dem selbst gebackenen Brot waren super lecker und auch das Bier schmeckte sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :)

A wonderful stay. Rooms are separate so it felt more roomy than the pictures would suggest. Felt right at home. You have to be a little conscious of the stairs down and also the changes in the floor levels between the rooms but it wasn’t a problem - even for my parents in their mid-eighties but might be a consideration if you have mobility issues. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and quiet stay within easy reach of both the airport and the centre of CPH. Pernille was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Det var en dejlig lille mini ferie. Lilian og Søren var virkelig søde. Søren tog os med rundt og fortalte lidt om stedets historie og formål. Der er heste, køer og får på stedet, som man gerne må klappe hvis de har lyst. Meget tæt på vandet og dejlig udsigt.

Wir waren nur für ein paar Tage zu Besuch und haben etwas in der Nähe zu Kopenhagen gesucht. Dafür war es für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist mega gemütlich eingerichtet. Helle hat alles für unsere Ankunft am Abend vorbereitet. Sogar ein wenig Spielzeug war vorhanden. Helle und Lars sind super nett, hilfsbereit und hatten tolle Tipps für ein paar Ausflugtipps in der Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es besten Gewissens empfehlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch relativ nah an Kopenhagen und Roskilde. Damit gab es Möglichkeit Kulturangebote wahrzunehmen. Natur direkt vor der Haustür. Die Hütte von Mikael war trotz der winterlichen Temperaturen gut warm zu bekommen. Bad mit Fussbodenheizung, das Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und elektrisch zu beheizen. Schöner Garten. Die Nutzung war im Winter natürlich eingeschränkt, im Sommer aber sicher noch ein Pluspunkt.
