Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα.Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό κ δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο.Το μπανιο είναι εξωτερικό βρίσκεται ακριβώς εξω απο την κουζίνα.Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά.Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπατια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης.Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε 1 λεπτό.Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 80m από το σπίτι.Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Comfortable and practical space, is perfect for couples or an small group of friends. For the guests who will choose our apartment during Easter, I would like to offer them a special gift and to spend with my family on Easter day, Sunday 24/4, to watch the preparations of the traditional table, skewering lamb, and let us all eat together

Because of the "rough" beauty of the location, you need to pay extra attention to the supervision of young children.

Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

Δυαράκι Καραβόσταμο

Θα περάσετε υπέροχα στην ήσυχη γειτονιά μας. Αν και υπάρχει μικρη ελεύθερη θέα προς τη θάλασσα το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά (με τα πόδια) μακρυά απ την παραλία και πλατεία του χωριού(Καραβόσταμο), 15 λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το όμορφο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου Ικαρίας και 25 λεπτά πάνω κάτω απ τις όμορφες παραλίες και περιοχές της βορείου Ικαρίας (Κάμπος, Γιαλισκάρι, Αρμενιστης, Μεσακτή). Καλώς να ορίστε και να εχετε ενα όμορφο καλοκαιρι.

Πέτρινο-Petrino

Το πέτρινο βρίσκεται στο χωριό κάμπος λίγα λεπτά από το λιμάνι ΕΥΔΗΛΟΣ (2 χιλιόμετρα ) και με την κοντινότερη παραλία μόλις ένα ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μακρυά Στο πέτρινο ξεχωρίζει η μεγάλη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας από το πρωί στην πλευρά της παραλίας για ένα πρωινό με θέα καθώς και τις απογευματινές ώρες στο εξωτερικό σαλόνι για πανοραμική θέα του Αιγαίου με τα ωραία χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος.
