Vacation rentals with a home theater in Kinugawa River

We enjoyed our stay at Akiko's experience, the place had everything we needed and was kids friendly. The Inn is also walking distance to the train station and most tourist sites are 20 ro 30 mins away, making it convenient to travel around. Akiko was super helpful and very responsive and made our stay comfortable!

This was a convenient location. Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Gyoen were within easy walking distance. The whole are is fully of restaurants and shops, including famous shopping locations for cameras and other items as well as the flagship store of Japan's largest bookstore chain. The accommodations were as advertised, clean and cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood offering a restful sleeping location after a busy Tokyo day. The host Maika was always a step ahead in communication and offered extensive recommendations on local eating spots and other services. I had a very relaxing stay and would certainly use this location again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great location, surrounded by buzzing atmosphere. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable and clean space, situated close to train station making travel super easy. Great host, very responsive.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

Highly recommend for a group or family. Ideal location - walking distance to everything. Great neighborhood, it was an enjoyable walk home from Shibuya station at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again for any future trips.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

The location of the house is great, you can see the Skytree from the window, 10 minutes from the station, very thoughtful snacks are prepared, but the room space is a little small, the facilities are a little old, and the daily necessities are a little lacking, hope for improvement,

It was a very satisfying Tokyo accommodation. I was staying with a family of 4, and it was nice to have a separate room and bathroom, and it was nice to come by Skyliner. It was very clean, and I was worried about the towels since it was 3 nights, but they provided plenty of towels. I want to stay if I come again!!

The home was beautiful with lots of great features for a family of 5. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant time in a very beautiful room.The location was wonderful, with the sea right in front of you.

The owner's response was very quick, and the communication was very smooth and helpful! And the barbecue space was large, so 9 adults used it, but there was no problem at all.It had a roof, so it was not a problem even in heavy rain! The wood stove was not only warm, but also soothing! Everyone who stayed was very satisfied, so I'd love to stay again!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
