I definetely recommend this place for everyone who plans to visit Fuji! It takes 17 minutes from kawaguchiko station by walk. K's house super clean, the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The lounge is also cozy and very clean! You can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji while sitting in the lounge too🫶🏻

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

Near Nakai station and Ochiai station, on foot about 10 mins. You may easily heard the noise from other rooms. But it is acceptable. Cheaper prices than hotels snd convenient. Overall, good hostel.

Your stay in their place feels right at home. Its very convenient and near to shops and more like pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, convenient store and most of all near to train stations. I will come back to stay again.

Really friendly staff and an amazing location located at the center of Tokyo. The railway line is very nearby and hence, Obi is a great choice for travellers and gym goers as it offers amenities like that as well.

They were very accommodating and accessible. Even the other guest were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean peaceful and good location from haneda airport. Family mart and 7-11 right across the street. And train station about a 10 min walk!

The property is very centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Check-in was very easy and the staff super friendly !

Nomad Hostel in Sumida City was a great experience. It's a 2-minute walk from a Lawson, a 15-minute walk to the main Tokyo train stations, and within walking distance of the Sumida riverbed, where you can take a morning walk or run. It was an amazing experience, and I loved that it provided more privacy and a lockable room compared to other hostels. Restrooms and Showers were cleaned daily by nomad staff which was definitely a bonus. As a plus, it’s a 30-minute walk from the Tokyo Skytree! I definitely recommend it for anyone planning a trip to Tokyo you won’t regret it!

Nice host that went out of his way to pick people up from the nearest train station since the hostel itself is relatively remote. We came by car, and it was an ~hour drive to the hikes all the way at the top. But Scout happily dropped people off at the bus station in the mornings when you’re taking the public transport. Rooms were basic but totally fine. And it’s right by a lovely river where you can opt to go for a swim. Overall we had a great (and affordable) 2 night stay here. Thanks!

Overall, it was beautiful, and it was like a semi-private room, so it was a very pleasant place to stay. You have to go through the love hotel district to get to the station, but you can walk to the center of Ikebukuro, and there is a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient to go shopping. I wanted tissues in the room.

It was a good spot to stay at. The laundry is a bit expensive but you’re paying for convenience. Although one issue is that one of the dryers takes a long time to dry, the left one specifically. Besides that. Everything is great. Loaded paper, loaded soaps and conditioner, very clean shower and bathroom. 11/10 would recommend if you’re on a budget and looking to move around easily.

Arrived a little after 1:00 that day, originally wanted to drop off the luggage first, but it turned out that I could check in directly ~ You will be given a luggage tag first, but you can only pick up the QR-Code card for entry and exit with the luggage tag after 3:00 The bed was much smaller than I imagined. At🥹 first, I was arranged in the upper bunk, and after inquiring, I was smoothly switched to the lower bunk, but it was a straight bed with the feet facing out, not a horizontal one, so it was a little difficult to get in and out (each bed was facing a little differently) The wooden boards between the beds are also very thin, and a knock may affect the next door neighbor. It's really😭 a bit inconvenient. Four stars for cleanliness because there was some dust in the gap between the mattress and the bed board + one person left unopened chopsticks (but it was still within acceptable limits, after all, it was really small and cleaning should be difficult, but the pillows, duvets and sheets were clean!The pillows are soft, and in addition to the duvet, the pillows also come with two thinner cleaning pads that can be placed on the mattress & duvet) The sound of the tram is quite loud, so it is difficult for people who want to sleep to think twice or ask them to arrange the beds inside the room!(There are also free earplugs available at the counter for pick-up) When I changed beds, the counter also asked me if it was okay that the empty bed was near the window and the sound would be louder ~ I think it's very thoughtful There are four sinks + four or five toilets and a bathroom (the bathroom is restricted and cannot be used if it is too late), as well as trash cans and a centralized luggage area There are three public bathrooms for girls on the sixth floor, and four for both men and women, but the sink and hair dryer are only in the men's and women's areas, which is a little awkward. You can only eat on the first floor, there is a microwave, water heater, room temperature water and tableware to use, and there are outlets in almost every seat The staff can also help with the instant noodle soup.🥹 Thank you very much. There are also a lot of washing machines and dryers on the first floor that I didn't use, but it should be very convenient👍 The location is really convenient for transportation😭!As soon as you come out of Asakusabashi Station, cross the road and walk for two or three minutes, you will immediately reach the accommodation, and there are many restaurants & 7-11 & Lawson nearby Easy to access to Akihabara or other stations in Tokyo Recommended for people with budget constraints and those who want a location with good transportation.

It’s really walkable to the major attractions in the area, easy to shop around too

This hostel is the place to be the national park is insane and Scout the host is a really good friend with some dangerous bears you will learn lot of things about the wild life, i totally recommend !!!
